  1. Just an update on the SYFA challenge cup. Campsie Black Watch 3 - 0 E.K Rolls Royce (17/03/13) This Sunday Knightswood Juvenilles Vs Celtic BC (24/03/13) @ Holm Park (Yoker Juniors) 1pm k.o. I posted details about the draw a few weeks ago and a few members asked about the arrangements so I thought I'd give an update. We are trying to generate as much of a crowd as possible so if any bears in the local area fancy coming along to lend some support it would be greatly appreciated.
  2. I agree mate there is something special about playing at 21's that you can't beat, was john Mcbride in that team?
  3. LOL, no worries mate. hope your still enjoying kicking a baw! When did you play?... I played for Knightswood fromm 2001-2003? might have played against then again maybe not.
  4. Just wanting to drum up as much support for this game as possible. The game takes place on Sunday the 24th march Holm Park (Yoker Juniors) 1pm K.O I am part of the management team at Knightswood and trying to drum up as much support for this game as possible. I appreciate I don't really post on this forum, but thought if there was any bears in the area that might fancy coming down to watch it will be a good game. to give some perspective we are top of the West of Scotland premier and going really well at the moment, on a run of 23 win on the bounce, so the standard of football is high for the level. anyway thought I 'd put it out there and hopefully a few can come down and cheer on the Knightswood! many thanks
  5. Just seen Weiss and Bartley on the park with there club suits on. Good to see that they have taken the club to heart. Hope there here for next season. C'mon the GERS!
  6. For me he should bow out on a high. He's everything I want in a Rangers captain! "We all dream of a team of Davie Weir's"
  7. Tonight is indeed a very good fucking night! C'mon the Gers
  8. think this is as good a time as any DJ any chance of Igot a feeling by the Blackeyed peas (rangers end easter road if you can)
  9. Not alot I disagree with there. I suppose we disagree on certain aspects but agree on other's fair enough By the way I'm with you with being wary about Whyte but I think that is for another thread.
  10. Hope it's a great night and that your family enjoy what is likely to be quiet a night hope Ibrox is rocking for Walter!
  11. If you read my original post I've stated that on the field we have had some of our greatest achievements during SDM's time. Although great credit must go to SDM for appointing the right manager and for that I give him credit, but IMHO the manager is the most important person at the club and we have been lucky to have walter lead us. Especially in recent years without him I doubt we would have had the success. Also what I find strange is that we don't hear about other successful teams chairman do we? I mean if Man Utd go on and say win the champions league and maybe the premiership (by the way i'm hoping for chelsea and barca on both) You won't hear people talk about how the Glazers have done a great job, they'll talk about Fergie.
  12. OK TheWeissMan i'll not squable over turning a pie into a profit But I don't know how you can deem the rest of his financial management anything other than a failure. What else could it be a success?...
