Fuck the media, why give them any details. I hate all that pish when the papers/TV come out with, "the fans need to know" when what they really mean is, "give us an exclusive so we can sell more papers". What else does the club need to say at that point? They've cut to the chase & got straight to the point. The only reason it became confusing was when people started saying the site was hacked & when Warburton denied it. Maybe he should be speaking to his agent. All I'm hoping for is that he walks with no compensation.

Exactly mate. Warburton was the same. Both their families still down south while they're up here working. It was never a long term thing for them. Begining to look like they only came up here to give their CV's a boost.

Why are people coming out saying our clubs an embarrassment. A manager who didn't want to be there, got his agent to negotiate a deal to let him leave, then he resigned. He's tried to backtrack & stay because the job fell through & now he's not got a job to go to. It's him that should be embarrassed not the club. The club put out an official statement saying what's happened. If Warburton & his agent don't communicate, it's not our fault

I think what's happened is that warbs & Co had negotiated a deal to leave, job fell through, they came running back. The board has then looked at the legalities & seen that they can get them out for no compensation. The reason warbs is denying he's resigned, is he probably thought his agent had sorted it all out. Only my take on it & I hope it's true. Don't want to be paying out more compensation, we need every penny we've got.

Wondered if any bears on here have any Rangers Supporters Club Badges, i.e. Rangers badges with the supporters clubs name on them. Met a German bear in Leipzig. Guy was brand new. Anyway he collects badges, but rather than send him some over that he probably already has, thought I'd ask around for ones I know he wouldn't have. Cheers

Expected something like this from the rags. I knew they'd be looking for anything negative. FFS, I heard loads of bears in their poshest Scottish accents trying to order grub & not being understood, so I hardly think the Germans even knew what was being sung. As usual, the media more or less are saying "be offended" even though you haven't a clue what you even heard. Cringeworthy, maybe even bad taste, but that's about it. This from the same rag that brings up the war any time England play Germany at football.

Just saw this mate, we're in the intercity, we were back a bit early last night as we're flying home today & I'm driving home from Aberdeen airport, so had to stop bevying early. Flying from Leipzig to Munich, then to Frankfurt, then to Aberdeen. Great flights lol

Snowing in Leipzig just now. We got a carry out yesterday, as we got told by a German bear we met that supermarkets are closed on Sundays, & trying to get served in a pub last night was a nightmare, so when all the bears come into Leipzig today, it'll be impossible. So if you see a bunch of guys with a shopping trolley full of beer, come & say hello, that'll be us, we might even give you a beer My mates got the trolley full with beer in his hotel room just now.

Well last night went ok in Leipzig, but police vans followed us into just about every pub we went to, going in & speaking to the folk running them. But we found a wee place that was open until about 3 in the morning, though the police did sit outside all the time we were in there.

Well I was thinking a couple of minutes, then the rest drinking ??

We were flying out from Aberdeen to Frankfurt, then on to Leipzig this morning & only found out around teatime on Thursday that the Leipzig flight was cancelled & no reason given. Flight tickets got exchanged for train tickets. TBH, the train was actually ok. If I had known, I'd have got a flight from Glasgow or Edinburgh to Frankfurt & trained it in the first place.

Cannae mate, unless you're in Leipzig & can watch my son for a few hours ??
