    Things have to change, radically, and now. If we do nothing before January, who buys our ‘duds’ and who do we buy?
    The first team squad and starting eleven need a right feckin shake up, a few should be dropped and our approach to games, particularly the first twenty minutes has to change.
    High press and aggression. The spoon burners started on Sunday with aggression, two yellow cards in the first three minutes but it frightened us, and didn’t cost them.
