My mate has a William Hill account and while they have been happy to take money from his account for his bets they never pay back money back into his account without requiring more ID , photos of his cards etc. Even when he tries to transfer into quickcash so he can get it from bookie the same thing happens. The problem is with Miller no one knows who he is .The other lot didnt know Fergus McCapp when he appeared when they were in dire straits. If Miller comes in and turns us around like McCapp did to them i wont complain. If the TBK really wanted Rangers it shouldve been done and dusted by now.
