So we keep hearing mate I’m not so sure payouts will amount to as much as some people hope. Couple million tops is my guess then the rapey bastards will put out a statement declaring themself hero’s for compensating victims of CBC who where actually a separate entity and they’ve made the payments out the goodness of their hearts because after all they’re a club founded on charity blah blah blah the press will lap it up and we’ll move on and Rangers will be the bad guys for mocking child abuse.

I agree, UK courts will be lucky to offer compensation of much more than 250k per victim which is only about £5m in total. The only risk to them is if any victims can prove they were abused while on a US tour and sue in the US where courts are likely to ward multi million damages per victim. I can only assume this is too difficult to prove without any convictions in the US as no one has tested the waters over their.

I hate the thought of the filth getting £30m off the back of our coefficient but let's be real, we were spanked in the CL recently and unlikely to do any better, the gulf is enormous.

Big difference is if we win league we will be in pot 2 of CL next season. That should at least give us a chance to get 3rd in group, get the CL money and then EL football after Christmas.

Nah get the game played, scud the cunts and get back to the top of the league. With a two week break coming up then playing one game a week then I can only see positives in getting the game played today.

If we win. No positives if pitch is a leveller, Dundee sneak a draw and Cantwell and Silva injured for example. Obviously game played and 3 points, no injuries best scenario but it is a risk.

I think they’ll really struggle away at Tynecastle.

Win tomorrow and I fully expect us to win the league.

I have a mate from Leeds and he asked me last week if I thought we would win the league. I highlighted the Hearts and Killie fixtures to him and said ask me again after these fixtures, so totally agree. My confidence level will increase if we can get through tomorrow night with 3 points, although still work to do after that.

Are you saying this is a hard chance, 90% of us on here would bury that ffs

But would 90% of us have controlled the ball that cme in over a defenders head which he saw lat and then anticipated where the loose ball was going to break to and got into that position ready for the "easy" tap in. There is more to scoring a goal than the last kick.

Haven’t looked into it mate but there’s some version of winning stats Beale looks better than Walter aswell I’m sure. Goes to show stats can be a load of shite at times

Totally agreed, when I want to point that out to someone I tell them I have more than the average number of legs. There are some people unfortunate to be born with only 1 or no legs, or lose them to accidents or illnesses.  That means the average is 1.999999 legs per person and as I have 2 I have more than the average. Arithmetically accurate but totally misleading.

They should give Beale a go after Rodgers, he’s already hated by us so he’s halfway to being a legend with them

I read a headline yesterday which said Beale's win percentage with us was actually better than Rodgers this season. Didn't read the article but I suspect must have included last season when Beale started strongly.
