  1. Nice to see a realistic post amidst this 'you're not a real fan if you slag us off' drivel My only surprise is that only 2 (i think...) people have accused me of being a Tim so far. I mean, no bluenose could really be annoyed after a 1-1 draw with Inverness at home, could they?
  2. I'm still trying to figure out wtf your point is, caller Obviously i wasn't at today's game considering i was posting on here during it I was at every home game before today however so maybe i'm still a fraction of a good fan in your eyes?
  3. Well since you ask, we were pretty dire against Hibs until our first goal, and similarly against Aberdeen until half time. I chose not to mention them though as i'm not unrealistic enough to claim we should be outclassing Hibs and Aberdeen away from home for the entire game The only game where we've been pretty flawless for the entire 90 was Dundee United at home
  4. Where did i mention today's game in that post you quoted? "Where you at the game" is akin to slagging someone for making a spelling mistake. The retort of a simpleton with no faith in his debating skills.
  5. Adopt that attitude if you will. Just hope you're not one of the cerca 703 users who have said the phrase "if Celtic had had harder fixtures........" recently
  6. The games i've mentioned at least 3 times now Kilmarnock at home on the opening day - slack performance that can be excused due to it being the opening day Hamilton away - absolutely horrific performance St Johnstone home - created absolutely nothing until Miller's late winner Hearts away - if Hearts had anyone other than Kevin Kyle up front, we would've lost that game by 2 or 3 By "brilliantly" you're using a blanket term to try and describe our entire season, as if we've played at the exact same level in every game. Just because we were magnificent against Man Utd and Valencia, and in the second half at Celtic Park, it doesn't mean we've played to that level in every game (or even close to it)
  7. Yes, but we didn't win today, proving that you cannot play poorly so frequently and still win all the time
  8. The games we've played piss poor in, we've won every one of them 2-1 (Kilmarnock, St J'stone, Hamilton, Hearts) It's not like we blew them away regardless of performance
  9. So fans should just accept shite performances every week so long as the team grinds out wins? That's why Ibrox never sells out anymore. Fans got sick of that attitude 5 years ago.
  10. No idea how the topic got to this nonsense. My point was that we've been winning games despite very rarely playing well, and today was the day the chickens came home to roost on that score. To have 2 clean sheets from 10 games is piss poor. To have conceded first goal in 5 of 10 games is piss poor. The team has showed great mental strength to recover from adversity time after time this season but it simply could not keep happening week after week Now we've had our little 'wobble' i think it's the right time for fans to bear any grievances they've had about our regular average (but still grinding out wins) performances. I hope Walter did the same after the match. Did we really deserve to win all 9 games before today? Bollocks to that. We should've dropped 4 points at Hamilton and Hearts without question. So if the team can be praised for winning games at the death, they can be criticised for chucking wins away at the death too
  11. Last time i checked, Celtic had won exactly the same number of games as us and had a 100% record against the other teams, something we no longer have We're top because we beat Celtic and for no other reason
  12. What is the caps lock meant to symbolise? That you hate Celtic more than me? Well done you, have a cyber medal on me
  13. Are you saying we played well in any of those games or are you just trying to start a pointless argument?
  14. And if we hadn't scored injury time winners in 2 of our games where we played terribly, we'd be 3 points behind Celtic Just because we've been winning does not mean we've been playing well, and people shouldn't just shut up about any inadequacies they're regularly seeing (2 clean sheets in 10 SPL games, conceding first goal in 5 of 10 games) just because we grind out wins
