Today was funeral of Slovak football legend Jan Popluhar .... I still feel gutted... almost like a story from ancient past. Footballer who was great defender, gentleman and good chap. Jan played in WC final in Chile against Pele sguad, defeated Barcelona in Cup of the winners cup final for my beloved Slovan Bratislava in 1969. Legend who is gone .... in Blue heaven ... I pray one day Slovan will one day have a player like you...
