McGregor - 7 McMillan - 8 (Really impressive - seems to share Broadfoot's inability to take throw ins however) Perry - 7 Goian - 8 (Thought he was excellent) Wallace - 6 (Some good defending, but wasn't at his best going forward) Ortiz - 7 (Much improved playing on the right) Davis - 9 (Just a class above tbh) Naismith - 8 (Really seemed to bring the best out of Davis playing in the middle) Wylde - 7 (Decision making wasn't great but did very well for the goal and would deffo keep him in the team) Lafferty - 8 (Picked up where he left off last season) Jelavic - 7 Oh and subs Fleck - Didn't really have any influence Kerkar - 10 Healy - Only on for a couple of mins. IMO
Thought he was excellent today. With Edu and McCulloch, our midfield often just seems so lethargic, but with Davis, Naismith, Wylde and Ortiz in there today, we looked much more lively. Hopefully, even if there are changes as we get players back from injury, today's performance will influence Ally's future selections.
Much better from Ortiz as well today, apparently more comfortable on the right (though he clearly likes to move inside and have an influence in the centre). Like Wylde, he started slowly but definitely came onto a game.
