We had flights with Buzz Airlines from Glasgow via Stansted to CDG but French ATC strike meant a mad drive overnight from Glasgow to Dover and the ferry to Calais. Got an IBIS hotel room out at CDG then train into town. Knackered and then a drive in thick fog to Calais and onwards home after being out until 2am after the match! Those where the days ?

Big Wurzel (from Wurzel Gummage days) with that big scarecrow hairdo was a great guy and PE teacher at our school. Was reminiscing about the big man only a few days ago.

Unfortunatley he is not. Brother Brian played for Rangers (once) then Motherwell. His family are originally from N.Ireland.He got hammered 3 seasons ago for the handball on the line that seen Inverness Caley through to the final and the sellick papped out. He was accused of being a masonprod,anti-sellick Rangers fan back then. Sadly, he is just poor. The one in the first half where Morelos got taken out when going through on goal and he never even gave a foul never mind a booking. Quite simply incredulous decision!
