Absolute state of Hamilton trying to be relevant.

Turns out it's no a real account nvm, some virgin just bought twitter blue to pretend to be Hamilton 😂

According to a few replies it is actually their 'new' official account.  Their other one is still used to promote 'stadium events' apparently.  Fuck knows

Think I mind reading about him being nicked for involvement in money laundering for a drug cartel or something!

Money laundering and drink driving in past couple years.  He's still local to Aberdeen and so bad for biting to cunts on the wind up so very unsurprising to see him involved in a fight outside a takeaway.

I will say though when I went to the colts v cove last season he got the usual shite plumber stick from our fans and actually took it pretty well

I jumped in when the wee man was 4. Massive mistake they aren’t interested at all  however much you’d try and like to think!

Its a tough decision cos you want them involved. I took him to a few games after getting him his season ticket  in the family stand but the majority of time I went myself because I knew it was a waste of time.

The club do their best with broxi and pre match activities eg colouring and stuff but I learned the best thing to do was to arrive at 3 pm for kick off and leave straight away cos it’s a long day.

It’s hard but if you’re in the position persevere and accept you’ll have to go to games yourself. The people around you know why you’re on your own and understand!!

My son is 8 now and obviously he’s not been to the games this season but he loves Rangers and his knowledge of football is excellent.

My advice is to take the season ticket and take him to the odd game but also relax and enjoy the time you get yourself and in a few years time he’ll thank you that he can go to the games with you especially at the very reasonable price the club offer in the family Stand for a juvenile

Good advice lads, cheers for that, it's much appreciated as I was changing my mind back and forth.

Gonna go ahead with the adult only for now but certainly consider my original idea maybe next year or definitely the one thereafter and get the family stand one.  Like you say even at 4ish I'd not be going every game with him but the odd game would be manageable and at least he would be set for the years he does care about it!

Right now I wouldn't even want to take someone elses  space when I know I'd not get down with him for at least a year or two.  For now, or when the fans are back, he will just have to settle with Cove Rangers matches I'm afraid as at least we stay local to their ground... as long as it's no the proper sheep club

We have tickets in the family stand and there was a guy in front of us that very rarely had a wean with him. Now and again he brought his daughter but mostly not. We’ve also went without my grandson to games and it’s fine. We have excellent seats

Good to know mate cheers for that.  I actually managed to change to an individual adult one for this season (if I get offered ofcourse).  I fully intend to switch to the family stand when the wee man is a bit older though but can't justify it this year when he isn't even 2!  Glad when he is a bit older tho if he doesn't fancy it I can still use mine in that section.

  5. On that note... anyone know if say I did have a season ticket with the wee man if I would be able to go solo?  I don't want to be the weird cunt sitting in the family section with no bairn but again I can't drag him down at this age

If I get offered of course!  I have sent a message asking to swap to the solo waiting list but it's all very slow during covid...

  6. If anything I've fucked it by choosing to sign up for the family ticket waiting list as it means I can't join the waiting list for just me.  No chance I will be taking a kid as young as 2 to the game, especially travelling to and from Aberdeen

Should definitely have joined the list for just myself for now but aye no expecting to be offered in the immediate future anyway, will see how it goes!

  7. Seems to be working as of today and just needed to be patient.  I did have to sign a toddler up with a password etc. In order for him to have his own Rangers number which I still think is a bit odd but it now let's me checkout with both adult and juvenile memberships.  Now geez a ST.

  8. Finally biting the bullet and going to sign up for MyGers however having loads of issues with the site and the 3 day response per email is a bit tedious so thought I'd chance it here...

Don't know if I'm being stupid but basically I'm looking to join the season ticket waiting list for me and my son.  He's only 18 months but being realistic it won't be offered any time soon so I'm trying to get ahead of the game.  I've been advised I need an Adult AND a BornGers membership...fine.

    So I try and purchase both for 21/22 and I get the error message;

Customer (my number) cannot purchase MyGers adult membership 21/22 as customer already has a membership'

Customer (my number) cannot purchase MyGers Born Gers membership 21/22 as customer already has a membership'

I obviously don't have a membership.  I thought it might be because I'm trying to buy both types of membership and it might want me to add my son as a new member but when I try and do this it asks me to create a whole new Rangers account which will be for a toddler... new email, password, Rangers number etc.  Surely this isn't right?  Like sure I can just add him to my account?

Anyway, any help is appreciated.  I have emailed Mygers back but like I say its a few days per response and looking to get on the waiting list without delay.

Edit: I tried removing the child membership and even when I try and buy 1 adult membership it says I can only purchase 1 membership and does not let me proceed... infact it only lets me proceed with purchasing the juvenile membership on its own.
