  1. Great composure, never seems to get fazed, he looks like he is made for The Blue Jersey
  2. He never scored today but recent form suggests he has somehow become the assist king of Ibrox, tireless worker and seems happy at Rangers, I'm not sure of his contract details but I hope someone has him signed up for a longer spell.
  3. Aye watched both streams then switched to his brother when the first yins battery ran out--well done and thanks to the both of them
  4. Ah--Wullie---for it is he I have as my avatar---he was my favourite player when I started getting interested in football when I was ten or so around 1968 or so. don't think he played much after 1970 or so. but he was a great dribbler
  5. Great job tying him down long term, hes a cool head in def mid. Referees don't like him much right enough
  6. I give as much of a toss about the SFA national tarrier influenced 11 as I do about the SFA tarrier influenced hall of fame---delighted they got gubbed yet again--delighted they are a laughing stock--message to the provincial kilties----------'' YER NATIONAL TEAMS DEID ''
  7. Fantastic--hats off to the fans--in the commentary '' Tavernier has scored EVERY penalty he has ever taken for Rangers '' Really wow, never realised that.
  8. Ol Rod was once a great rock singer, not really sure when he started to look ridiculous-- think it was maybe seeing him ponce around in a leopard skin leotard singing '' Do ya think Im sexy '' ffs---no time at all for his recent crap
  9. Just watched the second half of the Sheep game, they got pumped 2-0 at home---much worse team this year
  10. Kent played a blinder giving us an out a few times, ryan Jack was solid, and the resolution that the trio of Goldson, Katic and McGregor showed was outstanding. We are beginning through fighting adversity developing a backbone
  11. Late to this thread, but I know Stonehaven well, its got a stony beach , not a grain of sand in sight
  12. Looked to me like McGinn got booked twice but never got a red----na-- no way---even they couldn't getit that wrrrong.
  13. In that comments section there is one of them called '' boys for life '' says it all really
  14. ffs guys--if you had the cash and went to buy a car and seen in the dealership that it could be had on a 0% APR deal, it would make sense to use the 0% APR deal and pay in instalments. Or one of those deals where its worded like '' buy now and nothing to pay next year'' type deals. you just get the car and keep the money and make a wee bit of interest. happens all the time in normal life, matters little when money gets handed over.
  15. Great fighting display from the boys, was IMO a tossup for MOM between Bates and Declan, great stuff
  16. Hope he keeps up his recent improvement--played well up at the sheep and was causing them problems with his workrate and dare I say it---skill
  17. I thought it was a good article and the guy is a Rangers man through and through. Old time kind of attitude, I like the home spun type of commentary Rangers TV dishes out, don't forget there are thousands of old Bears jooking around who look forward to sitting down with a bag of Werthers originals for there games.
  18. Thought he stuck to his task well, cant remember too many times he looked his age--onwards and upwards for this boy
  19. apparently when candieas was taking the penalty there was another bit of handbags between broadfoot and jack-- referee cant believe his luck and sends jack off--stitch up from broadfoot aided and abetted by a willing and compliant referee eager to join the Rangers hating club.
  20. I reckon Butcher and Sutton are playing the good cop bad cop routine--either Sutton has had a word in his shell like from the bosses about toning it down a bit--so tonight Sutton was the model of fairness and quite reasonable actually while Butcher was the wind up merchant-----next game roles reversed
  21. If there were any Rangers players in that shower of shite that bunch of diddy team supporters would have booed them every time they touched the ball--Tartan Army--give me a break GIRFUW kiltie boys, you are a pile of shite and long may it continue.
  22. Tell you what got on my tits yesterday. In the second half when we were down, and unsuccessfully trying to work our way back into the game---every time we got a goal kick the unwashed would hold on to the ball not returning it. so a replacement ball was put in play, only for the original ball to be thrown back onto the field just as WES was lining up to take the bye kick--causing additional delay, and much jeering of Wes as he yet again retrieved the ball---not really contributing at all to a good game and not in the spirit of the game--etc etc
  23. Good result, I thought Jack was cool headed tody, has a nice composure when in a corner
  24. My daughter was going out with a typical wee nyaffy tarrier, he was a good football player and played with 2 or 3 teams, used to occasionally wear his rag even when he visited us, you know the type---tried to kid on it didn't bother me due to wanting to be seen as a fair minded non bigot etc etc----but I had to draw the line when I came home from work one day and saw a shitload of bloody Celtic jerseys on the washing line--she hsd volunteered to take her turn with the washing of the strips--no fucking way--its bad enough having a daughter kicking about with one of them, but to flaunt it to the world was a no no---ended up no more strips getting ung out and I was called a bigot by my brainwashed daughter------------she soon ditched the Tarrier and is noe married to a Rangers/ ex St Mirren fan-good proddy and all turned out blue in the end.
  25. Rangers V Dunfermline 1968 Ibrox, ended 0 _ 0 my 10 year old brain couldn't fathom after that what all the fuss was about this football lark, however soon got on track and was a regular after--Willie Henderson was my fav player. The whole football scene then seemed so much friendlier
