I thought Black was awful his first season but was vastly improved last year. For a period last season he was our best player. Saying that, as a person I wish he never had the honour of wearing our jersey.

Correct Minstral. However, I would say it is generally the local fans that get caught up in the detail and the shit. The overseas fans tend to just love the club in a normal and positive way. Of course there are exceptions, but this what I have noticed over the years.

Other than Gascoigne I cannot think of any other player that gave me any greater excitement watching Rangers. He was a sheer joy to watch. This is not aimed at Laudrup alone, but sometimes you read these stories from players of how much Rangers mean to them and what Rangers done for them - I just wish some would reciprocate in some way. Anyway, back on topic.

If Rangers mgmt and medical staff knew Daly had a problem last season, they should have scanned his knee at the end of last season. Why wait to see if it "settles down over the summer"? The fact it flared up after two days of pre season shows that decision was poor if not down right amateurish. A professional thinking staff would take the summer break as a period where niggles and injuries can be sorted properly. Whether we like Daly or not is irrelevant, we have lost a player for a period of time when there was no need for this to be the case.

Don't forget the time you wasted replying to something that was a waste of time........... now there is definitely something wrong with that!
