"Rangers havent had any injuries or real challenges"

    "the referees are helping them"

    "the sfa are helping then"

cunt roaring till hes blue in the face 🤣🤣🤣

I don’t believe someone phoned in and said this.  What a deluded cunt.  I’ll need to download the podcast and listen to his pain immediately

  2. Middleton clearly does have ability.  Watching him when Gerrard first came to the club he was scoring in Europe, domestically, and looked like he had been running at full-backs hi whole life.  Rangers play with inverted wingers and Middleton strikes me as being a more traditional winger who likes to stay wide and hit the byline.

Middleton can't really fit in to our current team.  Turning him in to an attacking LB is a good idea IMO.  Modern full-backs basically function as wingers anyway so the attributes cross over.  I think celtic played Hayes, a winger, as full-back for much of last season.

They aren't on the stock market anymore mate, so unless you personally know someone who is willing to sell their shares, I don't think there's any chance of buying shares.

Or you could always put up a thread on all of the Rangers forums and ask if anyone is selling? Its coming up for Christmas,  so might be one or 2 people wanting to sell theirs.

Yeah, I know it’s not a PLC being traded on the stock market.  I’d rather wait until it was a PLC and buy my own share.  Giving money to Club 1872 so they can speak for me isn’t something I’d be interested in.  But, I do hope they’re successful with this as I’d like to see them get a controlling stake in the club.

  4. I think this is an incredibly positive piece of news.  I’ve always dreamed of our club being ‘fan owned’.  This isn’t 100% ‘fan owned’, but the fans will have the majority stake in the club.  The club should be ‘fan owned’ and we should appoint a CEO to run the company.

Another wonderful call from “Tam”, this time under the guise of “Eddie”

He actually called an American radio show demanding someone from that country investigate Rangers.  He said they had a duty too.  They said it was none of their business could a local journalist not cover it.  Then he went on about Rangers avoiding tax and the hosts just laughed and said ‘we don’t want to pay tax either’.  Can’t find it now but it was a strange one.

TUPE transfer.    His contract was agreed when we were in the SPL.

I remember when we were in division 3 McCoist said he, Kenny McDowall, and Ian Durrant, couldn’t work properly until they got new contracts.  So new long-term contract were handed out.  He was the highest paid manager in the country despite us being in the lower tiers.  It was ridiculous.

Green and Ahmed would have siphoned off any salary McCoist didn't take.

I actually think Green and Ahmed paid McCoist to get supporters onside and buying ST again.  Why else would they have thrown such an absurd salary and all those shares at him?  It certainly wasn’t due to his managerial ability.

I don't like saying it myself but his legacy was tainted during that period for me and it was nothing to do with his managerial record, anybody can be a shite manager, it was the man. His loyalty was to himself and no one else and he made that clear.

Exactly.  The club was a mess and had Ally just ripped his contract up the club would’ve been better positioned financially for the next manager coming in.  Ally, instead, demanded a full wage which was rumoured to be £600k for another year.  Remember, Ally was given roughly 5% of the company shares by Charles Green which must be worth millions.  McCoist made a lot of money from Rangers during his disastrous time as manager.
