You cannot credit JJ with signing him, Pedro appointed certain staff and just like any other manager draws on his staff to help with his decisions. Pedro deserves credit for Morelos and Danny Boy, the same as he deserves criticism for all the other shite that came along with Pedro.

Like I said before we signed him (and got shit for saying it by some) - he would be a useful addition to our squad as long as he didn't cost us too much. I still think we should have signed a better striker in addition to Lafferty, but you can't have everything and our budget was tight.

Those not understanding what the fuss is about - it’s basic marketing gone wrong. Yes there will be people who will ALWAYS buy, but I’m sorry to burst your bubble, not all supporters are like that. Some will be on the edge of buying 1, 2, or all 3 tops this year. Some only buy when the tops look good. There are even non-Rangers fan top collectors who buy tops from many different clubs who buy interesting designs etc (never understood it but I know a person who does this). There are more different kinds of supporters out there. Therefore, forgetting the arrogance that we have such an amazing fan base that basic marketing doesn’t matter - you should always display your goods in the best way possible. That picture does not do this.
