I was under the impression only certain parts of the pitch was hybrid e.g penalty boxes and the rest was grass.

Yes, Rangers currently lay a new pitch at the beginning of every season.
I would imagine the club at this moment in time would be looking to install some-kind of hybrid pitch. (was a Hybird pitch not meant to be installed a few years ago!)
I think a hybrid pitch can last for approximately 8 years. could be longer if properly maintained,
Whilst i understand the initial investment would be significant, surely it would save some money in the long run.

We have been with the Kindred Group since 2014, although since Bisgrove came-in it has evolved slightly Unibet on the training wear and now Unibet on our Third Domestic Strip and whilst in europe competitions too. Which is another brand under the above company who also own 32Red.
I would imagine 32Red would be paying a decent amount considering they are now with the Champions and will potentially have more exposure due to being in the Champions League.

Castore reveal huge spike in Rangers kit sales after club sealed Premiership title.
Castore have boasted a huge spike in sales following Rangers' Premiership title victory.
The Ibrox outfit sealed their first title in 10 years after beating St Mirren 3-0 at the weekend and watching rivals celtic drop more points away to Dundee Utd.
Parties were wild between players, coaching staff as well as supporters, but kit manufacturers Castore also celebrated big sales of their merchandise after the victory was confirmed. Thousands of jerseys were sold in the 24 hours after the victory was mathematically secured and Castore co-founder Tom Beahon was delighted at the stock uptake.
He also heaped praise on Steven Gerrard and the Gers players for their accomplishments and urged them to defend their title next season. He said: "It’s been unbelievable, a huge hit with fans. Rangers’ supporters are some of the most passionate in the world and they’ve been waiting a long time for this and are clearly over the moon. 
"As soon the title was in the bag, we saw a big jump in sales to fans wanting to mark the occasion.
"We really couldn’t have hoped for a better start to our partnership. What manager Steve Gerrard and his team have achieved is remarkable and we’re proud to have been a part of them making history. We are already looking forward to the rest of this campaign and the club’s title defence next season."
We told how Castore penned a £25million deal with Rangers last season over five years and created a commemorative special edition 2020/2021 Champions Collection featuring a gold embroidered club crest and the landmark ‘55’ infused into the fabric.

I suppose they could get creative finding an alternative spot on the shirt to place them onto, much like the new retro shirt.
We have been placed on the main webpage of the Castore site! featuring a link to the Champions Home Top Page.

If they have not learned from the issues this season by the time the next season strips are on sale, then serious questions need to be asked of Castore.
 

Rangers and Castore have a few days ago opened a new shop at Buchanan Galleries too...

I actually really like that, hopefully we see the third  stadium jacket soon. Which is shown on one of the marketing images on the shop website.
I truly hope Castore can sort all the issues they are currently experiencing out.

The Club should put The Rangers Youth Development Company on the front of the kids tops.... 
That would be different and would get more eyes on the Youth Development Company even thought they seem to be doing a cracking job at the minute.

That would actually make a whole lot of sense - I never even thought about that.

Clubs should not expect to get some of our players on the cheap.

We have been told that we should see the new strips by the end of this week, still a few days to go!
Hopefully Lindsay Herron will follow through with that comment he made on twitter last week,
