It’s shite that you can’t bring yourself to want the country of your birth to win at football.
Be class to be Italian or Brazilian or something, and not actively hate the separatist wanker fans that make up your country’s support.
I remember the whole school running home from primary to watch us KO against Brazil in France 98 I’m sure. Changed days.

It would obviously be a total sickner but when you look at the squad we have and the position we were in I don't think talking about not winning it as if it's a failure is fair.
I think any season we don’t win the league is a failure tbh.

They’re all reporting it
All just copy each other tbf.
Wouldn't surprised me if the message is ‘hoped to be fit for the OF’ and it’s just spun to sell papers / clicks.

Hibs are falling apart again is one of my favourite football songs. Can’t wait for Saturday.

Hopefully see some players back after a couple of weeks rest. With what we have available I’d go with:
Butland
Tav
Goldson
Souttar
Barisic
Lundstram
Diomande
Sterling
Cantwell
Lawrence
Silva
3-1 to the famous. 🇬🇧
Only worry with that team is that it’s very, very slow.

Can’t wait for the weekend. Buzzing for Rangers to get back at it.
Presser expected on Thurs or Friday?

Not a notion who is even available for us anymore
Same.
Suspect we’ll be minus Ridvan, Sterling, Danilo, Cortes, Sima, McCausland + we usually get a wee surprise after a break like Lawrence or Roofe getting injured in training.
I suspect we’ll see…
Butland
Tav Goldson Souttar Borna
Lundstram Diomande
Cantwell
Matondo Dessers Silva
Those in bold giving me the fear in a title race.

Clement has been resolute in his “the only game that matters is the next one” mantra and that’s good enough for me.
You also have major imponderables like injuries where, sooner or later, we need to start getting players back instead of constantly losing them.
And then you have VAR, a fucking curse run by a cabal of Rangers-haters which will put every conceivable obstacle in our way.
A league win (let alone a treble) against that backdrop would be one of greatest league titles ever.
So we have only one game to play - the next one, nothing else matters.
It would be an absolutely historic title tbh, but VAR isn’t even remotely on the list of why that would be.

Even being 5 clear we still need to go there and tynecastle and possibly Easter road.
absolutely fuck all done even winning the next 4
I think a 5 point cushion with 5 games to go is very hard for anyone to turn round.
I think we have to win the next 4 to win the title (assuming they keep pace). Fail to beat them at Ibrox, then I can’t see us winning the title.

No surprise the Netherlands scored 4 goals against a back line consisting of Porteous, Hendry and Tierney. Decent against the pish but absolutely nowhere near the level the Scottish press would have you believe.
Was at 1-0 until Souttar came on…

I don’t think he’s awful, but we have and certainly could / should do better.

Patterson is what 3rd/4th choice at Everton you not think there’s a chance to get him up the road?
Unlikely. Hes shown he’s good enough for the EPL. Fuck knows why he isn’t getting game time. Someone else will pick him up down there if he’s leaving.

I think Tav will finish his career here unless it’s really silly money that comes in. Whoever replaces him is going to be a step down.
Would bite your hand off to get Patterson back, but that isn’t going to happen.
Not ever really been convinced by the limited time Sterling has had at RB that he’s the answer there, but in PC I trust.

I’m nervous about the press conference, so fuck knows what I’ll be like on Saturday.
Fingers crossed a few bodies back, and no further injuries.
