The main reason they keep blocking the move down south in my opinion is WE pose a "potential" threat to challenge eventually to be the biggest team in England in which would be a huge embaressment to the English FA, while all the others who play in cross border leagues dont pose a threat in any shape of form. Of all the teams that play in cross border leagues its only monaco that i know off have actually won the Frech league.
