There's more to this than the players failing under pressure. First time in 5 years we've failed to win in 3 consecutive games. Think about that mate. Even under a poor manager in Beale we never had such a bad spell.
Last night was not pressure, it was attitude and application. Players were walking about, no intensity, passing the ball around the back, slowing play down. It was like a pre season friendly.
I've not witnessed something like that especially when a treble is on the cards!

Think he's decent but will never be a value for money signing for us as I'd imagine we'd be looking at £7m-£8m to get him permanently with a good wage to boot.

We clearly don't have the depth of squad to win the league. Too many players who are injury prone, simply not good enough, players who know they are getting moved on and a few who simply don't have the nerve required.
Huge changes are required. But can we move enough of players on and will Phil get the required funds to rebuild? I bloody hope so.
 

Crazy that a few weeks ago we had the best defensive stats and second top goals scored. What has changed? Basically the same back 4  with Borna/ Ridvan, and Balogun/Souttar.

If he's getting the praise for getting us into a league challenging position then surely he's got to take some of the responsibility for fucking it up over the last few weeks. I hope the players put a huge effort in and are more optimistic than some of our support who have seen enough. No  relaxing when 1 or 2 up. Go for the jugular!
A high scoring win would restore some confidence, and who knows the league could even come come to goal difference.
Need to get back to playing well in anticipation for Sunday's match at least.

Sunday was fucking horrible mate and there was rightly a lot of anger, frustration and disappointment shared by everyone but I genuinely believe that will have been the manager and players as well.
It might be delusional to think we can still win the league but I am heading up tonight thinking and hoping we will win and then move on to the weekend.
The time for what players are here next year is at the end of the season, now is for getting behind every one of them and make as best a fight of this title race as we can.
