  1. We have not done well against part-timers in the 3rd Division, but we have SPL players. Problem is coaching! Sorry SAL, you are not the route to Rangers renaissance. Stand aside now.
  2. If we lose to Stirling Albion, the mighty Glasgow Rangers are t he very worst team in Scotland! By any measure that's a very bad football team. You must really wonder why are we so bad as a football team?
  3. Please help me on YouTube, fellow Bears. I am already being attacked by the Poikheed fiends!
  4. Here is a response I just posted on YouTube after looking at the BBCs "The Men That Sold the Jerseys" Sorry Bears, I live in China and it's the first time that I saw this program. Please go to YouTube also and add your comments. Here are mine: This is a scenario built on a "house of cards" to damn Rangers Football Club. Where are the documents that the BBC looked at and found all this evidence? Have they been produced in court? Why interview just one Rangers fan from among hundreds of thousands? This made good TV for the BBC but where is the "journalistic integrity?" The lack of real evidence and unrepresentitiveness of the sampling suggest sporting bigotry against Rangers. I hope all the players and admistrators have good lawyers!
  5. Most of my family live in the Highlands and support Caley. I'm a bit of a lone Ranger in the group. But truly they are a diddy team and a reflection of the poor quality of the SPL. But they did help us win the league by beating Celtic. I think they are a flash in the pan and will be back in the Highland League before long.
  6. It is truly a miserable time for all Bears, including those of us who live many miles away from Scotland. It seems to me that all of those clubs and people that hold a grudge against the Rangers are lining up to put the boot it. I hope we remember who they are so we can reciprocate in the future! I have not seen much talk about the strength of Rangers' brand and I think that is what attracted the potential investors from the U.S., Singapore, etc. For me as a Rangers fan, I hope we can all do more in the future to raise the brand awareness and value of our club. One way to do this would be to come up with some accurate figures on the size of our support outside of the UK. Let me start by saying there is at least one in the PR China. How about the rest of you Bears living abroad. Let's start counting. All the best to you!
  7. The first goal by the Gers today will be really important and historical too. Who will score it? I think it will be Healy.
  8. Wee Josh, thanks mate and I agree with you that Jelavic is a great striker but needs to get the ball supplied mainly on the ground and not in the air. Also agree that losing Naisy has been the key to our decline. You're right! My point about Jelavic really concerns his attitude and commitment to Rangers. He's not like Prso at all, once we were out of Europe, his form dipped. He's just not motivated to be a great Rangers player. Sell him off and get another one or two in at Ibrox who really care for our club.
  9. Hello fellow Bears and we are all hoping for 4 in a row here in Asia. My topic is Jelavic, I do not see him every Saturday, just read about him here and in the press. In my opinion, he is hurting Rangers very much right now by his and his father's comments. Come on, when was West Ham ever as good as Glasgow Rangers? This guy is just a money-grabber and his form went right off when Rangers exited Europe. There must be many players available that are as good as him that are more honest and have heart. Get rid of this guy for the highest price possible. He does not belong at Rangers and does not deserve to wear our shirt.
  10. Ankara is in Turkey, right? Is this Kenny Miller? This is a period of transition for the Rangers. After all, Walter Smith was a masterful coach, right? Let Ally celebrate #4, ok? He will make his own mark
  11. Simply The Best, Agree with you completely. Ally needs some more months to stamp his passport as a top-flight manager. I have no doubts at all he will do that, but he needs the players and the team effort to do that. He's a winner and he will do it; the players respect him.
  12. Guardian, many good points you make there. A football manager must be successful or else face the chop. Ally McCoist's record so far has been mixed, no doubt about that. He's doing well in the SPL and 4-in-row looks like a great possibility. Some additions to our squad will deliver that.
  13. Thanks for your post, Ole Super! Craig Whyte, like you and me, is just a fan and not a former star player like our manager, Ally McCoist. We are now out of any European competitions; that's a fact. So the benchmark becomes winning the SPL. Can McCoist and his team do it? There's no doubt they certainly can. I cannot see the point of this talk about sacking Ally McCoist.
  14. Thanks, Zulu and good post! I think if Craig White fires Ally McCoist it will undermine his total new regime at Rangers. It's more likely that he will back up Ally for the time being. Being a venture capitalist, Craig White must be pretty sharp and binning Ally right now would be premature. The team performance let Ally down, and that's what Craig will say.
