You entered a contract to pay your ticket in four installments, you defaulted on the payment, the therefore the contract is void. If you informed the club back in August you were not in the situation to make further payments then maybe you would be entitled to a refund. But you never cancelled the season ticket as far as I can make out.
Thanks for reply.

If that's the case then that's pretty shite. If you pay for half the season ticket you should at least be able to attend half the games before they cancel your card.
That is why i asked mate. Everyone then just jumped on my case and then others saying im at it. Thanks for your replies though mate, greatly appreciated! ?

What months did you miss?
Checked emails there. July and and August. Think first was May then June mate. More i think of it i never even got chance to go to 1 game with it being inactive. Always remember email saying pay 3rd installment on certain date ( which was friday before st mirren at home ) to attend this match.

Mental health isn’t good I get that.
But it was your choice only to attend one game. Sadly that’s your fault.
If you couldn’t have made them you should’ve sold your seat back to the club or to someone you know.
You won’t get a refund but best bet is to talk to the ticket office if you want to use it for the rest of the season and try and sort out a new payment plan.
It wasnt my choice. To clarify my book wasnt actiVated for many home games. Emails i got from them stated that

As for 5stars and your wee pal Goat commenting and liking i hope yous to dont repeat they comments or similar ones to someone who is less vulnerable. Im in a far better place now but those comments are naive and could fuck someone up. Idiots.

Obviously I hope you get your health sorted OP but the only way your getting a refund because of goodwill. Rangers don't need to do anything.
ok cheers for reply jw if anyone had something similar in the past.

This is turning into more of a circus act for yous just delete this thread. I was meaning they took 2 payments and only activated my book for 1 game so in my eyes i paid £230 for 1 home game.
