  1. kinda got the reaction I was expecting, I am pleased youz can walk with your head held high just now, personally I feel totally gutted and I am fucking raging at the lies Whyte has told us! I have had a season ticket for 23 years and I will be in the back of the Govan on Saturday so I am not turning muy back on the club. I went to Ibrox when John Greig was the Manager and we were getting crowds of less than 10k, I would rather be back then than going thro this!!
  2. and before you all go apeshit, I bet most of you are to!! Whyte has ruined our club. He is nothing more than a Shylock who has duped Murray. We will forever more be accused of cheating our way to titles, evey title we win from now on will be tainted. They bastards will always have the upper hand now. It makes me sick to my stomach to think what he has done to Rangers. If I mention Portsmouth to you the first thing you think of is 'the club that went bust' We will never get rid of this association. He hasn't paid a penny in tax since he took over, he was taken to court last week, and lost, for £90k! How the fuck did this man ever get his hands on Rangers? BTW I am going thro a self imposed media black out just now so the only facts I am getting are from this site.
  3. looks good, think he just needs games and he will make more of an impact
  4. Turned down a better offer my arse!!! I listened to Snyde phone in last night (the first 5mins and then wished I fuckin hadn't) Wullie MacKay started off by saying he was on the phone to Craig Whyte but Whyte said 'can you phone me back please because my phone is running out of credit!!' typical tarrier humour as funny as a sick sandwich! He then went on to say Birmingham had offered £20k a week £20k a week for a 35 year old who has hardly played until recently, and he turned it down, yeah right! He also said Cousin didn't want to leave Rangers first time round! Yeah we could all tell that by Cousin's attitude at the time I don't doubt he will do a job much in the same way Hateley did when he came back for half a season, but a 35 year old striker lacking match fitness isn't going to win us the league lads, sorry
  5. Not paranoid mate, far from it, the point I am making is 'has their paranoia actually bore some influence?'
  6. is 'f****n' not more of an equivalent to 'h**'? not Tim FFS even Harry Enfield uses that one!!
  7. the ref and linesman not giving our perfectly good goal at the piggery. It was a crowded goalmouth and very difficult for the linesman to make a categoric decision. But last nights' was so clear even the ref should have given it! Is this a result of their conspiracy theory and constant complaints to the SFA/SPL?? Are referees shit scared to make a potentially contraversial decision against them now? Not saying they wouldn't have gone on to win but first goal in these big games is alwys important as we well know!!!
  8. thats more like it, we need a wee bit of humour on here, far too gloomy!
  9. takes binoculars tae a fitba match???? http://willievass.photoshelter.com/gallery-image/050212-Rangers-v-Dundee-Utd/G0000JRBeeyKp2nY/I0000.iG3x5ZJgaI
  10. Watched the game in the pub yesterday (staunch Rangers pub!) with 4 mates and we commented that nobody was losing the rag about that performance, it was almost as if it was no surprise that we got turned over. I think the reality of our situation had affected our expectation levels and the fact that we didn't have a striker on the park with any pedigree tells us exactly where we are at! But we still need to get behind the team, through thick and thin lads, we have to take the rough with the smooth. Lets face it we have been financially hamstrung for almost 10 year now when Timothy has been posting some of the best figures in their history but they still can't dominate Scottish Football the way we did in the 90's! WATP!
  11. Jury is still out, he is never going to be popular because he wants to run the club like a business, very similar situation to the Fergus McCann era for them, altho he saved their club he was hated because they won feck all under his tenure!!!
  12. Surely a club of our stature can avoid this!!! I know Whyte is bracing us all for it but it will go down as the darkest day in our history (obviously the disaster was terrible for different reasons.) I can't believe it is even an option, £18m worth of debt was very manageable for a club with our turnover so that has no bearing, the only problem is the tax bill which I don't believe will be anything like £49m, if we get away with £15m or less there is no way Whyte can put us into administration!! Whilst I am on the subject, all this guff about Murray putting us in this position is unbelievable!! When the debt was it its worst he cleared it himself!! The £30m debt was being reduced all the time before Whyte took over, the only issue has always been the tax bill!! EBT's have been used by football clubs across Europe, I am sure Man U and Arsenal settled on a bill approx. 10% of what the IR wanted, ergo we owe £5m, simples, NO ADMISTRATION!!
  13. not a mention on SSN so defo a load of bollocks
