Apparently, if Masterton accepts or abstains then the CVA should go through. I'm hearing and reading that he is likely to abstain.

They are doing Seat Transfers first. Then once that is sorted they will have a clear picture for new ST's.

The fact that David Murray was involved with these characters to some extent, and that they seem to have the exact same business model as we had. What i'm trying to achieve is some discussion on the fact that crooks like Yorkston and Masterton get away with acts like this even after what happened to us. What is even more dumbfounding is that i am getting grief for uploading this doc and trying to start a discussion on a forum!

I think the only difference is that Dunfermline don't have someone with DD financial clout in the background. I would be worried if i was a Par - theres no smoke without fire afterall.

Exactly mate, the situation there is not a kick in the arse off what happened to ourselves. And it also seems Yorkston tried to benefit from our situation.
