I think our board go for Managers who will be yes men rather than someone with their own structured way and a proven track record. One thing about Walter was he signed good Scottish talent and players with a bit of dig. Something we are drastically missing at the moment. 
Beale doesn't even rate Scottish talent and would rather bring in Championship jobbers than develop our own Academy players.

I agree, the next manager has to be an experienced hand to steady the ship and put the building blocks back in place. 
I assume we took the gamble with Beale because Gerrard was a partial success. I just wish there was a manager in the mould of Walter available, or a ten years younger Warnock.

Watched his press conference last night and I genuinely couldn’t believe he was having a go at the fans for booing the players at half time. Then in true Michael Beale style he turned round a minute later and said “the players weren’t good enough today”. He’s an arrogant contradicting cunt of a man. He’s a cancer in my club. If that prick ‘best in class’ Bennet doesn’t act this week or that smarmy cunt Bisgrove then they deserve everything that will come their way.

This annoys me even more given the fact he’s supposedly got a brilliant reputation as a coach rather than a manager. He’s probably the one we should be expecting to develop youth and give them a chance but he’s not interested.

Scottish football was more competitive when Jock Wallace was manager.

And regarding injuries, Gio had a mental injuries list which he never used as an excuse (correctly so), and the club had no issues sacking him despite this, because it's a results business and results are awful.

Intentionally didn't reply yesterday as I wanted to calm down but I feel just as disappointed, angry, sad and confused about the whole thing. 
We could see after the 2 games(Psv, them) that the board needed to make a change or the season will be over quickly. They have persevered and the season is pretty much over. This can't go on, this is not acceptable and yes he's not been helped with injuries but the biggest problem was the signings in the 1st place, easily 1 of the worst transfer windows ever. 
A new manager would still have something to play for in Europe and the 2 cups if they were appointed soon. Get a manager in before the international break and then that gives a manager 2 weeks to work with the players. The next appointment needs to be correct and the scouting of players needs to be much better.
