If this was the 70s or 80s a section of our support would have been waiting on them getting onto the bus at parkhead and there would have been threats of violence. Indeed some of our players would have been offered a square go and if the players got mouthy someone would have punched their melt in. That's how it used to be, so the UB giving them verbals is ok in my book. Some of the offended really need to work out what the Rangers support is all about. We never gave a fuck about the press or the players egos in the 70s or 80s, we done what we done and never gave a fuck what others thought. Prediction time, at some time soon one of the fannies in our present Rangers team is going to get his face burst and a lot of the support will vote with their feet and Ibrox will be like a funeral at match days.
I would say it JG time again but it is worse and when the fan base reacts it will get very messy. No doubt the looking to be accepted by everyone mob will be embarrassed but fuck them. All of my kids are bears no chance of anything else, but my old man had it easy compared to now, my youngest has only seen us beat them once which is a joke, try explaining to a 10 yr old who trains 4 times a week why Rangers aren't trying hard enough.

When we got the Cup final and knocked them out on penalties under Warburton .I thought , we have done well here, to avoid not having any humpings up to that point . even although we could only meet in cup competitions

we need to stop signing mediocrity. The players coming in are not really better or worse than the ones we have - apart from Martin - who is an absolutely shocking defender. I am amazed we let bates go and brought him in.
We improve the squad a bit but we arent improving the first team at all and that needs to stop. Cummings isnt that good, neither is Murphy, neither is Docherty. I actually thought it was a decent transfer window at the time, but in hindsight, there's no improvement at all. in fact we seem to have almost collapsed as a team from January onwards.
One quality player is better for us now than 3 average joes.

Tav and Candeias are the two most overrated players we have.
