Unquestionably the finest goalkeeper I saw in a Rangers shirt and I'm now 70. Rest easy, you'll always be a Rangers legend. Condolences and thoughts and prayers with his family and friends.

On holiday at the moment and just saw the tragic news. Andy Goram for me is the best Rangers keeper ever - at his peak I'd say that if he wasn't the best in the world he was pretty damn near it.

If there one person when I was a young goalkeeper growing up I wanted to be was this man even when I ripped my ligaments in my leg I wanted the same brace that this man wore, even asked the doctor if he knew him.
Another hero gone too soon.
To my hero rest easy Goalie

Not according to every player they sign, apparently every new signing for them supported them from childhood no matter what part of the world they come from.

Loved the way he marked where the foul took place with his heel

Like watching these old clips . Good to see players you've heard about in action .
See the refs weren't giving us penalties even back then

This might be a weird thing to say but he just comes across as the type of player that Walter would’ve loved

Would rather have kept him than Hellander.
All the best Leon.

Folk rarely leave jobs for one single reason.
The Premier league is a huge draw, as is the spending power to operate in bigger market with more transfer funds and a bigger wage budget. Can't hold a grudge for having ambition.
The impact on his wages would have been of minimal influence I would imagine. And completely insignificant I'm relation to his family life.
Anyway, he'd achieved as much as he realistically could with Rangers. He could have won a few cups, but who places any value on them? his tactical inflexibility would not have allowed us to reach the UEFA final.
Good luck to him and thanks for 55. Can't believe the bitterness towards him. Do people honestly think anyone else worth their salt would reject Villla to stay here? Bizarre when you consider died in the wool fans have left the club for England and been welcomed back.

The timing of Gerrard leaving was poor, but I don't feel bitter about it at all tbh. He played a huge part in taking us back to where we belong and I just don't have the energy to hold on to a grudge about it.

It happens when you get older with grey randoms popping out here and there, and you baw hairs that used to be black and shiny like coal turn grey and get longer.
It will happen mate ...
