      That is a dormant company. He is confusing Rangers Retail RIGHTS Ltd (company number 9210817) with Rangers Retail Limited (company number 08142409)

       

      I suspect the former was created when Ashley was getting the rights assigned to him temporarily during the loan of money but it's now dormant.
