  1. Having 75% of powers available ruled out and being directed to use only two options, isn't the act of an indepentant panel, to me it says bias. Regan shouldn't be directing anyone.
  2. Nice to know they're not above the law, maybe then there could be a public inquiry into the whole governance of Scottish Football, as Southcoastbear says in his post.
  3. Who regulates the regulatory bodies when they go beyond the extent of their powers? It does'nt seem right that we are getting into trouble for challenging a rule that wasn't in the rule book.
  4. Are SFA,SPL,FIFA above Scottish law? If they're not above the law, is there any repercussions from the legal system, if they refuse acknowledge the law?
  5. SPL Chief Executive Neil Doncaster commented: “The new rules will impose more onerous sanctions on clubs which go into administration in the future. By making any failure to pay players on time a disciplinary issue, the SPL has sent a clear signal of the vital importance of clubs living within their means. Equally clubs which fail to live within their means will be punished proportionately.“And, if clubs do not keep up to date with their PAYE and NIC, they will be made subject to a player registration embargo until they are up to date. “This is a progressive and bold package of changes, for which clubs should be congratulated. http://www.scotprem.com/content/default.asp?page=s2&newsid=11407 will the player registration embargo effect are players?
  6. I'm wondering the same thing,do they have that sort of power?
  7. lets hope the judge does see it differently, the SFA would be answerable to no-one if he doesn't.

  9. I have a question has whyte secured his shares in rangers elsewhere, could this be why he's stalling?
  10. Surely the SFA/SPL have questions to answer, after all it was them that rubber stamped CW takeover and that the books were in order for the years we won the titles? who are they answerable too?
  11. If this is true, then the only reason ticketus has been involve with both camps is to scupper any deal. Are ticketus trying to force us into liquidation as they will be named creditor and have the right to chase CW for their money?
  12. I believe we WILL get through this somehow and WHEN we lift the cup again it's going to be so sweet!
  13. Excellent wee story, I like stories like that, they are 'football for the soul'
  14. So what you are saying is we've been legally shafted by CW, Ticketus and god knows who else. Why of all the clubs that are having money problems did they choose ours to shaft? the sooner this is sort the better, it's heartbreaking.
  15. Good post Frankie, thx for sharing. I have a couple of questions who is looking after the club if bidders are putting their own conditions on contracts? I wouldn't like to think we've fought so hard for our club only to have a new owner bail on us if he doesn't like the outcome of the tax case. The thought of a ticketus/white bid sends shivers down my spine, could this be possible one has shares and the other has the ticket deal?
  16. Excellent photos Would love to see them as a postcard collection to raise funds for the club
