Now they are all shite and Pedro's back to being a foreign shitebag imposter who's out of his depth. Calm the fuck down people, we were fucked over massively by the ref, sure it doesn't excuse everything the defending by Alves & Cardoso in the first half was shocking but they will get used to the style of Scottish football. The issue I have with Dalcio is that he is a winger who seems to posess no significant pace, skill or creativity. Regardless of form or match practice you would be able to see if he had those things and he clearly doesn't. So to be honest yes I have pretty much written him off. I genuinely hope he proves me wrong but to be honest I just can't see it happening. If we want to have a shot of challenging this year we need another winger of higher quality because at the minute we are just relying on Candeias if he gets injured or goes through a poor patch of form we have no threat from the wide areas at all.

For a winger to be effective they need to possess at least one of those and he just seems to be average in the Hamed Namouchi style, even with players like Oduwa you could see he had these attributes in abundance even if he only showed it once in a blue moon with Dalcio you can just tell he hasn't got it in him to do a mazy run and bang it in the top corner.

I think I'm just gonna switch off from RangersMedia and any Rangers related news for the next month before it just gets me more and more depressed. How do you work that one out? He's been playing high level International games so his match sharpness will be higher than pretty much the rest of our squad.

Not to mention beating Dundee United 7-1 with Bougherra scoring one of the greatest goals in years setting off from well inside our own half, skinned about 4 or 5 players straight down the middle and then hitting a peach of a shot in the bottom corner. We ended up getting like 5 or 6 injuries which broke up our run it's a shame Smith never went back to that setup when they returned from injury as the SPL teams couldn't cope with it instead we had fuckboy Lafferty and Davis on the wings instead. The biggest fault with Smith in my opinion was his reluctance to use width.

What you mean like Black, Sandaza, Kyle, Templeton & Daly did? Cutting it in the SPL for one of the diddy teams is one thing doing it for Rangers is quite another. Not writing him off but he's no more likely to succeed than any of our other signings.
