    That's totally disrespectful from hertz!!!

I know they are an opposition team, but if you have a loan player you should at least try and take care of him and inform the parent club in detail of any issues.

From Clement i got the impression we won't be loaning them players any time soon, he obviously didn't say that and he's also quite a tough talker but it's clear he wasn't happy with them

    As expected.

This isn't over until we get the audio to understand what Walsh saw, or didn't see, and then how / why Collum reacted to that the way he did despite the benefit of var viewing different angles.  I'm not sure the audio will be released.

Stinks to high heaven but I'm fully expecting Collum / Sfa to follow the Mathieson /Snp approach to fire fighting criticism - batten the hatches and ignore noise until it goes away.

Rangers have already said there was no mention of offside from the audio, it's the lying after the fact that will see him lose his job and I've no doubt there'll be discussions about that whether they agree to a public release or not. Dougie McDonald lost his job for the same.

A public release of the audio will sway opinion but if not there's still a lot more to come from this.

  3. I've never thought he was shite, he looked as if he wasn't settled yet and taking time to adjust which happens to a lot of players. He brings something different to the team as an inverted fullback which opens teams up, either the opposition winger tracks him or a midfielder comes out. It's useful in the SPL when we have most of the possession.  Borna sticks to the wing and it's rare when he goes past a defender unless it's in the final third and for a cross.

There might hopefully be a lot more to come from Ridvan yet

  4. Don't want to ruin anyone's day but I don't expect wholesale changes. Clement said something similar when he joined about improving the existing squad and adding a few signings. As always FFP, our wage bill being higher than the scum's and income from this financial year will dictate our budget.

I'm sure we'll be trying to move Dessers and Lammers on and get replacements but we've other players who aren't contributing much either, like Matondo who showed a brief moment of form and apparently on a big wage.

Absolutely. The official SPFL coverage on Youtube shows the penalty being disallowed for offside. Sorry, unless I had a blackout or something, that simply didn't happen and therefore is a lie.

Was that the BBC highlights? I never watched them but seen it mentioned, no surprise if it was.

The audio will clear it up. If that was in Europe and there was no offside, it's a penalty every time.

This is it in a nutshell. I don't really believe in conspiracy theories like the taigs do, they're lunatics. However, the more heels are dragged over this you do have to wonder what is they're scared off. Release the audio and everythings cleared up. Right? So by the fact they don't want to release it, we can only assume they do have something to hide. Isn't VAR supposed to make the game more transparent?

It's always the cover ups rather than the event, or whatever the quote is. It looks like they said no hand ball and offside wasn't checked, only for them (whoever they are) to say after the first half it was for the offside.

If the audio proves that then Collum won't be able to wriggle out of this one. Yes it was a clear handball, that alone should see him reprimanded but if there's an attempted cover up then it's not just him.

Honestly was surprised he wasn’t hooked earlier.  Watched the highlights and astounded he was back on after half time; clearly was not able or willing to do the job he was supposed to do. He was so far off McGregor it was embarrassing and was playing in his own little world not for the team.

I typed a lot of stuff but then deleted, he thinks he's much better than he is and for us, it's not enough. He can fuck off in the summer

If we didn't get a new CF in then:

    - Sima at CF and 2 from Matondo, McCausland, Wright play wide.

    - we drop a CF with 2 wingers and play 442. Ie Sima and Matondo up front.

He has options, not great or even like for like options.  But the one thing that's clear is that Dessers as our no9 has been tried and failed and needs ended regardless of us finding other forwards or not.

    Sima went off injured.

I thought he had a very poor game today.

Only fathomable reason that he got 90 minutes today was that no other options were on the bench.

Even his 1 attribute I give him credit got - composure - completely deserted him.

so many moves break down with Dessers

That's his typical performance though, just up against slightly better players.

Clement knows our strikers aren't good enough and I suspect if Lovelace wasn't injured he'd be giving him a chance, there's still question marks about Danilo too. Hopefully the board backs him and we've identified someone to bring in during the break.
