I'll take it just because of that first half.. It's still on, we need to figure out how to start the game
What a mental game, love you Rangers

It was a shock how bad we were.
I'm hoping Ridvan and Sima getting back to fitness we'll see a bit more balance in the team as Sterling needs to be in that midfield. It's still a much better scenario than when Beale left no matter how this season finishes, we need to keep remembering that. Beale's team wouldn't have came back from that first half

Tav has been a great servant to our club, made a shite mistake at the start of a crucial game, and his legs are  not what they used to be but certainly not "a dud".

We played the same way we played today, slow as fuck and out of it in the first half then much stronger in the second. Most of us thought we were beat at half time in both games and even being a man down at the piggery we should have gotten a draw there too.
Hopefully players are fitter by then especially Ridvan and Sima, we need to press them like we did in the second

Not controversial at all, he's done. 3 years of injuries playing barely any minutes. I keep seeing people say he'll move on and have the best moments of his career but I just don't see it.
Next season we need 2 first team strikers who don't break down and much better than Dessers, I'm not including Danilo in that either

Quite funny reading hibs.net crying about the scary songs and why Hibs should ban us and the scum or they should boycott the games considering they have new investment coming.
A couple of replies saying Hibs rely on the income, ignored. Another saying the majority of posts are from people who weren't at the game and supporters already boycott the games, ignored. No mention of their support or the planned printing of disgusting stickers at the last game. Back in your sad boxes

I often get asked if I enjoy my work as a Football Agent.

Of course, there are times when it’s incredibly mentally and physically challenging. Much like a player, but in a hugely different context.

But there are times when it’s the best, and I mean the best job in the world. Just like last night:

Benfica v Rangers in Lisbon, last 16 of the Europa League 1st leg - which ended, against the odds, 2-2 with Benfica coming from behind twice (with two gifted goals from Rangers).

Dujon Sterling, who as many know, I have looked after for 9 years since 15 years old, scored his first senior goal in 137 attempts (I’ve probably watched most of those games!) What a goal, what a new memory. An many also know, in 2020, Dujon’s career was so nearly ended by a sudden illness, that kept him out the game for 10 months.

What struck me as it went in, standing on my own amongst 3,500 delirious Rangers fans, was what it meant to so many others.

To Dujon: it was his reward for the battle he won in 2020 and never giving in.

To his Mum: a moment that emotionally rewarded her for the countless hours since he joined Chelsea at 6 years old for her love and support every step (or run) he made.

To the coaches and staff of various clubs/ England (to many to name): a wonderful sense of joy for Dujon knowing his journey and the part they played at some point. My phone went crazy as he scored.

To everyone at Rangers (staff/teammates): it’s a team effort from start to finish and a measure of the hard work put in by all.

To those partners behind the scenes (the boot companies, the lawyers, accountants, concierge, insurance, mortgage advisors, barbers, car salesman (endless list!) who know Dujon.

To the media/ journalists: you know who you are and who have never doubted his ability and spoken about it.

To the fans past and present: an unreal bond through thick and thin. Rangers love him coz he gives 100%. He is an elite talent. The fan next to me last night was drunk with a thick Glaswegian accent. Couldn’t understand a single word for 90 mins but when Dujon scored he jumped on me, hit me in the stomach and kissed me 😂 another very special moment.

To Dujon’s close knit friends, in and out of the game: you never doubted.

To my wife, family, friends: thank you for understanding and being there. Countless messages as the goal went in.

To my other clients/ their families/ colleagues: again loads of messages/calls sharing the happiness of the goal.

Football is the biggest sport in the world. It forms part of the wheel of life for so many, for most of their lives. It’s a tough workplace for all involved.

But moments like last night, make it so, so satisfying….and enjoyable 😉

Have a good day everyone. And never stop believing ⚽️ 💙

P.S. in the 2nd leg next week Benfica will experience Ibrox at its firey best. Can’t wait. ✔️
