Fortunately post match rants have been few and far between this season and limited to three drawn games.
If we ever lose a game best avoiding this site for at least a week.

We've won away games we should have lost.
We are a cracking side and we're continually improving - game on everyone.

Yes it was two points lost, but before the game that woulda been seen as 1 point gained away to a good benfica side.
Individual errors from Helander and a couple players with poor game management. That's all. Let's not crucify these players who have been good all season.

Problem was we went 3-1 up too early imo.  However for 2 of the goals it’s diabolical defending and the 3rd we were done for pace.
we missed numerous chances ourselves which we have missed all season long so far.
more clinical infront of goal and it’s not an issue as we can’t miss so many chances against quality like benfica and expect to go unpunished.
still a good result but and hopefully we can get 3 points from them at home

    No.
Anyone who can't see that this is still a great result is a bit mental IMO.

Glad defoe is in, sharp in the box and a clinical finisher against this disgrace of a team. At the same time surprised itten isn't getting a chance.

If I remember correctly it’s something to do with his physical attributes- think he even mentioned it himself after the Motherwell game.  I like what I’ve seen from itten in his cameos but I think he’s not going to be ready fully for another season.
funnily enough my daughter asked my prediction yesterday and I said Defoe for 2 goals and 4-0 win

This place will be in meltdown if we win our next 3 league games.

Traditionally when Rangers or celtic go in front the wee teams (ie everybody else) think “oh fuck, here they come smelling blood” and revert to damage limitation mode expecting to be pounded.
But the way we play (all patient and pretty) gives them time to brace themselves and ride it out before pushing for an equaliser which our officials are only too happy to facilitate.
If there is one thing I would change in our team it would be to re-install a killer instinct.
When we go 2-1 up, we should thinking “at least 4-1 or 5–1” not worrying about hanging on.
Right now, that is the biggest difference between us and the scum.

Not for wanting him gone as it seems we’ve attempted the flashy tippy tappy stuff under warburton, went foreign with the disastrous Pedro and attempted from promoting within having murty and now we’re on the unproven manager big name player type.
personally for me it’s a mentality thing that you can’t buy- since promotion I think we’ve gone 5 games winning once or twice at the most, so statistically we are due a points drop every 5 league games  which when up against a relentless celtic team will only see us finish 2nd.

we can say he’s been backed all we want but without players having the desire of brown and that rat McGregor in the middle of the park we can sign all the nice footballers you want- it won’t win anything in Scotland.

This thread wouldn't exist if the linesmen hadn't fucked us yesterday.

The guy could be good but let’s face it with next to no creativity then Lewandowski would struggle for us at times,  I don’t want to berate the manager but maybe after we realised Livingston wanted to do nothing but defend we should’ve swapped jack or kamara  for Itten or Roofe and went with 2 attackers through the middle.   A point is better than none but the players let themselves down with the over playing.

It’s our 1st dropped points there in a while. The scum dropped 5 points there last year- always has and always will be a really tough fixture especially as they have that horrible pitch  which wouldn’t even be allowed in English league 2.
not making excuses but that’s just the way it is- Livingston defended like warriors and will probably get humped next time out,  us on the other hand will recover.
maybe we should respect legends like Walters opinion when he says there’s never an easy game in Scotland.  Even that  Andy walker says the same, but us fans..... we seem to think we know better.
that’s why we go to our jobs on a building site or warehouse or IT work cos we’re great managers.

    True
However, what kind of fan reaction would Gerrard have to put up with if he hadn't played Morelos tonight and we had the same result?
Didn't matter what Gerrard did, he was fucked.
Don't play Morelos, and the likelihood is we would never be able to score enough goals to go through. The fans would go nuts that Morelos hadn't started because they don't know the full situation and he's got an amazing European record. That's all they'd see.
Play Morelos, and hope to hell he's able to re-capture some of his previous European form. This is what I think he did.
I think Gerrard did the only thing he could imo

Those rules will quickly change if scum players have to isolate for the old firm game
  22. pollok-bear liked a post in a topic by loyalfollower in Spfl want Points Per Game to decide leagues
Honestly if this was the other way around I’d be expecting 75% of clubs to vote against.     Scottish football has no integrity whatsoever and history shows that a 5 point lead with 4 games left can still be overturned.  So given the fact we’ve played a game less than the tarriers makes it even more biased. We’re not even level on games with 2 old firms to go.
based on the form it was unlikely but if we were to restart and get to our pre winter break form I’d be willing to bet we’d sneak the title.
  23. gmcf liked a post in a topic by loyalfollower in DUBAI......What the fuck really happened ?
See when we beat the tims in the Scots cup on penalties? The same happened then.
see when you e beat them at ibrox?  The same happened then and when we beat them at celtic park the players thought that was it.   They peaked and the only way was down and that’s what you get when you sign perennial nobodies that will only ever play for lesser clubs than Rangers fc.
The players had built celtic up on some sort of pedestal and see those games as massive massive scalps instead of seeing them as 3 points.
