  1. Like the puma tops !! As its been mentioned before, the orange top would sell out faster than any other top this season..so hopefully something happens quikly.
  2. Got this from a friends facebook page !! Lets review some of the events and SFA responses during Regan/Lunny's time in charge: - In 2010-11 pre-season meetings with supporters, Lennon and the Celtic management pledge that they and the Celtic players will "get in the face" of referees in the coming season. The SFA response: No comment. - After receiving automatically increasing bans for his aggressive/offensive conduct on the sideline (culminating in his "haud me back" confrontation with Ally McCoist), Celtic's lawyers exploit a loophole in the SFA rules to insist that his punishments should run concurrently, and threaten legal action if the SFA try to enforce consecutive touchline bans. The SFA response: "We can't afford a potential court case, so we'll accept the opinion of Celtic's lawyers". - In the same season, after a correct call is made to reverse a penalty decision in a match that Celtic win, Lennon heaps pressure on the referee and linesman involved, and some of their fans follow suit with threatening phone calls, including death threats to referee Collum (an RE teacher at a Catholic school) and his family in subsequent games. This eventually leads to all referees striking, stating that they suffered from undue pressure and criticism. The SFA response: Sack the referee involved in the original penalty decision - primarily on the basis that he lied - invite foreign referees to break the strike (offering no public support for their employees: the referees), lying to those referees as to the reason for the strike, and take no measures whatsoever to reduce pressure on referees or punish the unnamed club at the heart of the threats and intimidation of referees. - Hugh Dallas, while head of referee development, forwards on a topical joke email to a select list of friends/colleagues mocking the paedophile priest scandal at the time the pope is visiting the UK. The SFA response: Following a campaign of mock outrage and offendedness (considering the same joke was aired on UK television without response or protest), Dallas is sacked. - In the run-in to the end of the season, with Celtic dropping crucial points, Lennon accuses Rangers' opposition of not trying against us - a very serious accusation in any sporting league, but an accusation that a certain club have a history of making when things don't go their way. The SFA response: Despite this accusation being extremely unsporting and disloyal to his fellow SPL managers and the players involved, it wasn't deemed worthy of comment let alone punishment. Of course, the SFA might argue that they're only keeping with precedent; after all, they took no action following even more blatant accusations made by Celtic against Dunfermline on Helicopter Sunday, and ignored accusations made by a former Celtic player (Marshall) that Celtic players were pressuring him to throw the game that day. Roll on to the following season (2011-12): - Stewart Regan involves himself in multiple controversies, using twitter to make light of Remembrance Day, re-tweeting comments that McCulloch should be hung, etc. Despite his twitter activity being public, in contrast to Dallas' private email, there is no suggestion of applying the SFA's conduct/disrepute standards to their own CEO. - Neil Lennon, already on a suspended ban for his appalling behaviour in the previous season, is involved in countless further acts of aggression and unsporting behaviour over the season, including laughingly getting sent to the stands in a friendly match in Portugal (?), aggressively confronting referees after defeats in both domestic cup competitions, as well as at Ibrox. Lennon also went on twitter to complain about the decisions and accuse referees of being "personal" against him, and re-tweets a message calling the referees cheats. The SFA's response: The suspended ban is disregarded, he receives an unprecedented 45 minute ban for his actions at Ibrox (within a couple of weeks of fellow SPL manager McCall receiving a 1 or 2 match (?) ban for his first offense). He escapes any punishment for his twitter activity, on the basis that the SFA can't prove that he was responsible! (with CST chairman O'Rourke bragging on twitter that a "quiet word outside the tribunal" between Lunny and Celtic's lawyers was instrumental in the decision to issue no punishment), and receives minimum bans for remaining offenses in spite of his prior record and his consecutive misdemeanors in consecutive matches that Celtic lose. - In an attempt to force SFL clubs to instate Rangers in the SFL1, as part of a a commercially-driven (but very much against sporting integrity) stitch-up between the SFA and SPL, Stewart Regan is accused by several SFL chairmen of lying to them during meetings involving the SFA and SFL. He then lied to the media, denying statements the SFL chairmen attribute to him at the meeting, with the SFL chairmen standing by their allegations, resulting in at least one call for a vote of no confidence, which was blocked. The SFA's response: Unlike their treatment of a lying referee the previous season, apparently lying is okay in 2011-12 - even if the lying is by the CEO in an attempt to pervert a critical vote impacting the future of Scottish football. Not only has the vote of no confidence not been pursued since it was first called, but there has been no apology or pressure within the SFA upon Regan to clarify his comments, resign or be sacked. - Ally McCoist is now issued with a disrepute charge for, in essence, demanding that the people involved in a secret disciplinary panel (which the Scottish courts later concluded had issued an illegal sanction against Rangers) be named, in keeping with Stewart Regan's stated aim of ensuring transparency in the running of the game in Scotland. Apparently the right of clarification is reserved for only one team in Scottish football... - Charles Green is also issued with a disrepute charge for, in essence, suggesting that some of the decision making within the Scottish game since Rangers entered administration has been made out of a hatred or prejudice against Rangers, rather than the oft-cited sporting integrity. Despite a long history of Celtic players, managers, boardmembers, past and present, and fans accusing Scottish football of long-running prejudice against them, accusations of cheating referees and opposition trying too hard against them and not hard enough against Rangers, only Hearts and now Rangers have ever had a club official charged for making accusations of bias within the Scottish game. And, in our case, for a first offense! This list only relates to the off-field differences between the treatment we have and are receiving and the treatment that SFA levels at Celtic and it's own officials. I'm sure it's incomplete. I'd argue that Charles Green doesn't even need to explain his wording; if he presents this sort of context to the ruling of the game under Stewart Regan, the evidence of bigotry against Rangers (and a kid glove approach to Celtic and their tantrum-prone manager) is beyond argument.
  3. The fact that we were deducted 10points means that we were punished ! As thats was the norm for going into administration ! But lets hide the fact that the sfa / spl tried to blackmail the SFL into letting us into div 1, to save the money for the spl teams !
  4. What next !! We need to give them our team sheets the night before we play, or taht we start 2 goals down every game we place. Just shows' youi that it seems personnel, and that regan must be removed from power at the sfa. FIFA should be demanding what powers the sfa have to issue' these sanctions, and if they are legal. Maybe this is why they wanted us to accept the terms a few weeks ago, and agree to not take them to court again. The sfa ISN'T above the law, so the ruling from the last court case should satnd, otherwise it's back to court.
  5. Why moan about the situation within scottish football now that we're in div 3 !! They had a chance to vote to keep us in the spl, but bottled out of it. Now it's all the fault of Rangers the the SFL teams. Can't wait to see how loyal their fans are when they don't pay for the season tickets that they were gonna buy !! Bye bye ICT !!
  6. Always seen myself as British. The snp independance vote hopefully fails. They want to use 2014 as an historic day for them, and claim another major battle in scottish hisory 00yrs after the battle of bannockburn.
  7. So why didn't regan come out weeks ago and state that the sfa would block rangers no matter what the outcome of the vote was. Does this guy think he is untouchable, and therefore will over-rule anyone if it upsets his plans. I hope Rangers call fo another investigation, and ask the courts to ask what regan has done is legal. As this seems a personal attack on Rangers Football Club. And has further damaged the reputaion of scottish football !!
  8. I can see the sfa getting involved with the sfl teams, and making sure that they vote us into div 1. But why should they sfl teams make changes too suit the spl teams, who keep shouting about sporting integrity, but then demand that the sfl let us into div1 so that they can keep their tv money !! Regan and doncaster must face an enquiry regarding their handling of this shambles..
  9. An excellent statement. I wonder if regan will punish him now, and make up some rules as a punishment for him telling the truth !!
  10. I really wish that the would hurry up and issue their findings reagrding the BTC ! I thought that it was due to be finalised on the 16th march this year ? But maybe because we went into administration held it up ! But as someone said, we've done nothing wrong regarding the tax paymenst up till 2001/2010 !1 When the rules were changed I believe ! Its like paying your tax 1-15yrs ago, and then cause the rate of tax has went up, they ask you for more money based on the rates just now ?!?!?!
  11. I've enjoyed taking part in this parade over the years. Last night was good as well. Never really seen many bands as we were 2nd last band. But thought the skull were good when I seen them at the end !
  12. I wonder if it'll be like the neil lennon twitter comment !! '''Honest I never did it !!! I left my phone down for 2mins and someone must've used it !!''''
  13. The UK !!!..LOLOL I watched some of the programme, but look at whats been happening in Turkey / Italy / Poland / Russia over the years regarding thier fans and nothing really gets done about it. We sing a few songs and get fined, threatend with games to be played behind closed doors etc etc.. Look at the trouble the English teams have when they go to euro games. Yes some of the clubs in England have their own problems, but you don't see them killing turkish / Italian fans when they visit old trafford / emeriates / stamford bridge etc etc..But most likely an English fans will get sereverly beaten or killed when they visit these countries. Buy Uefa / Fifa do nothing apart from issue some threats that they don't act upon !!
