I think it’s up to the manager to instil this in the squad. The manager needs to lay down the law for unacceptable performances and results.
We are all rightly pissed off with the last couple of weeks but simply giving the hairdryer treatment isn’t going to change things.
What we do need are leaders on the park and again this doesn’t mean Rangers men and it needs a strong hand off the park too. Clement will know better than any of us how to handle each player in the squad. Some need an arm around them and encouragement whilst others need a stern word and others maybe react best to being dropped and so on.
if you get enough of the right characters in the squad the best elements of their traits and personalities rub off each other but get it wrong and you get what we have….acceptance of second best and total lack of accountability, no one stands up to take the game by the scruff of the next (again don’t need to be a Rangers man to do that)
Excellent post.

A miracle?
Behave.
His win % is similar to Beale fs
Very true, but, the same players will give you the same results irrespective of who the manager is. Therefore it's not the manager at fault, it's the shitebags he inherited.

Anybody's grannie would have been better than him today, or any day to date.

Run out of steam ? We played Ross County FFS.

Us fans mostly agree who should go in the summer, almost a wipeout. We won't be getting much money when it's all added up but it will release a significant amount in high wages, allowing us to sign players that PC wants. I'm confident that PC has already recognised this way of moving forward.

I don't know why folk keep bulling him up, he's had his best days and is just like a bystander now. Captain yes, leader no, there is a big difference in the two.

Mon The Rangers

Big Phil suggesting we would play it on Mars.
SPFL might agree, depends what planet they're on.

Congratulations to Alex, a Rangers Legend.

Looking forward to tonight, I think the Scottish weather will give us an advantage and we'll win.

You've got to remember mate, 99% of posters on here haven't played football at any level, only subuteo or any pretend shit.

I thought it was the Motherwell player’s knee that made contact with Mcausland’s calf or shin, I don’t think it was his boot. I’ve only seen the one angle, a different one would give a different perspective. Tough one for the young lad.
Definitely a studs up tackle mate, caught him just under the knee.

I just hope to fuck that we turn up on Sunday, unlike Dingwall and Dundee.
