TBH, I can't see what the problem is with that article. Other than the doubt over the financial figures. If he thinks that there won't be a big financial loss, then he's a nutter. Other than that I think he's making fair comment there. SPL & SFA have lost any respect that they had with just about everyone!
He didn't actually rubbish the figures,he just said the sfa/spl were only painting worst case scenario.
I feel for all the SFL clubs,the decision seems to have been put onto them with the resulting pressure when it's not of their making.

Should the SFL vote against Rangers in Div 1 then this SPL2 thing will happen. The SPL needs us. They literally can't afford to not have us.
The sfl clubs need to agree to go to spl2,also need to give 2 years notice to leave sfl.

Personal opinion,I think the whole culture of religion round rangers and Celtic will be dead within a generation or two.
Organised religion is on the way out in this country,when it gets to point where next to nobody is one or the other,the daft claims of religious allegiance by fitba fans will die out.

You might be into religion mate and good luck to you,I really don't know many people who are,whatever team they support.

No,just never met many people of any football support these days who believes in fairytales bout a man in the sky who created the world.
The amount of churches closed and ever declining attendances in the ones still open suggest it's a trend that's gonna continue.

I've met hundreds of rangers fans,never knew any to be Protestant.
Like most folk,they couldn't give a toss bout religion.

The celebrations right now are not related to our football club though. We are a Protestant club but you would not think it as it's not something we celebrate anywhere near enough due to incase it offends others.
