Beaten by a much better team. Part of why we're so poor is clearly because we play poor teams in our league, but surely we practise ball control, passing and pressing as a unit? Sakala needs a run in the team, tillman can play when he feels like it, ridvan is better than barisic, davies is okay, tav is bang out of form as is lundstrum. The rest aren't good enough.

Another grim performance it's not even about grinding.out a result today the passing and lack of basics was again a big factor in losing possession at the wrong time as well as giving away needless free kicks had the passing been better.
I thought Tillmans contribution today was really good he was the only one showing a bit of dig to gain back possession and chased back when he or others lost the ball retaining it a good few times and cleanly into the bargain .
Unless the self inflicted kamikaze passing improves we won't see any overall improvement in possession .and domination of the ball that wil inevitably lead to the same groundhog Day shit they've inflicted on themselves.
So many still off the pace today who do you even drop when the game plan is virtually non existent as responsibilities are missing as to who's supposed to be doing what it makes it easy for teams to read the deficiencies in our play, address that and they should at least start to demonstrate the basics back into their play as a lot of the key battles of winning first time balls or protecting the ball is lost on most of the team at this moment in time .

Indeed. This was like watching some of our performances in the 90s. Totally unable to hold onto the ball. I find this hard to understand.
