I believe Gordon woods isn’t involved in the class action and he’s said he won’t sign an NDA or settle for what basically the fenians negotiate. 
 
Will be interesting but he’s not looked well in recent times and it might not be worth the hassle for him so he may have changed his thoughts on it and accept an offer.  Need to wait and see
