Let's not have any nonsense about any of this being Clement's fault. He got this group of chokers into contention for a title that was effectively lost before he arrived. The same senior players who got the two previous managers sacked are the ones to blame, and they need chased in the summer.

Yes. Clement's achievement in getting decent performances out of this dodgy squad has been outstanding. It was always the case that a summer clear-out of the duds would be required.

When we come up against any kind of quality at all, we defend like a pub team. Despite the 'experience' of Goldson, Taverner and Soutar, they play like headless chickens. Time, after time, after time.

Yes, I was quite impressed by what he had to say, but I don't believe that the old guard in the playing squad is capable of making the required changes, and if they are still around next summer we won't have progressed

The only surprise is that Clement managed to improve them. That was strictly temporary though. We are now back to the real players.
