That would explain it! It's more the fact I can't get through on the phone that's pissing me off. Number of times I've tried, law of averages says I should have got through at least to join a queue. So far this week only managed to get through to catering!

Tried that, you get a list of DVD's to buy! Doesn't seem to be anything anywhere relating to car park sales on the Shop site, just have to take my chance with everyone else I guess.
