He needs to learn to shake up the team and not play favourites or the constant underachievers will have him out the door as well. He’s done remarkably well since his appointment but he doesn’t avoid criticism when the clusterfuck of results happen.

Their chance in the first few minutes when Sima defended the back post because Tav was over mid-left sums it up. Start of an away game, going for a title and in the first few minutes we’re all over the shop. Just do basics and don’t give a sniff anyway. he’s been a remarkable servant and just fantastic value for money but he‘s been absolutely woeful in the last few weeks when it’s time to step up and lead the team over the line. Don’t get over the line now in the league and he’s done for me.

When you want a leader to step up and lead by example when it gets tough going, he’s as big a shitebag in our team as you can get. Offers the square root of fuck all threat in the opposition box as well. Time we moved on from him at the end of this season. Problem is, no one wanted him when he was out of contract so they certainly won’t pay us a feel

Easy to make excuses, sad fact is, the whole attitude stunk from the start against the mhanks and it was repeated today. We also have a Fanny at CF who can’t finish his dinner. Attitude is what’s costing us, not running out of steam.

2months ago he was dominating the midfield in games, playing with pace and power. As with several of the team, looks like he’s completely ran out of gas and is towing a caravan. Players at the bottom of the league outrunning and outplaying anyone in our midfield is just a disgrace. Far too many of our squad just fail to have an attitude like our teams from the 90s and 00s, when you need to battle, they just shite it. Will not be bothered one bit if he leaves.

After moley face’s first 5 games, we’d have bitten the hand off you to have games against Ross County and Dundee that to win them, we go top by 2pts. If we don’t take 6pts from these games, we’ll not win a league. In tae them Rangers.

It all comes back to the sheer lack of professionalism at the highest levels in our game here. Plastic pitches that are shite, other pitches that are like tattie fields, etc. just make us a laughing stock to those looking in. No wonder Women’s football will end up with more TV money than us. Our pitch hasn’t always been great but despite cashflow constraints, we’ve addressed it at a cost that could have been invested in players, unlike some clubs. Until the governing bodies look at improving the product, it’ll be more of the same for years to come.

I think the gaffer bringing in Cortes in Jan (albeit Sima was off to AFCON and/or got injured), the fact you’re looking at players in that position means we can’t afford what Brighton want for Sima. I actually liked Cortes, another who wanted to take people on and not just pass the ball, whether he’s coming due to his injury, only time will tell. I doubt Sima will be here next season, not saying it’s them, but for Sima money, you get Cortes AND Diomande around the ages of 20/21; I suspect that’s what PC wants.

I didn’t see the whole game but I hear Sutton’s cheering their 3rd, that’s completely unprofessional when they are there to provide balanced comments. Can you imagine how they furore if Boyd was on co-comms and all you could hear was his “yaaaas” when Matondo scored?

Before the game, we would have been gutted with 1pt. At HT, we’d have bitten the hand off you for 1pt so it’s an opportunity missed but we haven’t lost anything on that. Before the game, I think they’d have thought job done if they left with a point, I actually think the fact they lost the 3pts when it was well in their grasp twice, has to be a positive for us. It’s in our hands, that’s the main thing and something none of us expected in October.

Whoever we sign, for reasonably big money as far as we’re concerned (don’t start with the “it’s not a lot of money in world transfers” shite), they just have to do damage in games against them. For way too long, our front 3 haven’t laid a glove on them, or put any fear in them. Silva is the same, as countless before him so he can return to his parent club in the summer.

He just absolutely fucked it today and put us on the back foot straight away. If he just launched into the Govan, the Jap wouldn’t have been anywhere near him but his dithering just 20secs in put us on such a back foot, it’s criminal. Offers so much going forward (usually) but he shat it from the first minute against Maeda (who is utter gash btw). We’ll probably only miss him when he’s gone but in such a momentous game for us you don’t want your captain to fuck up inside the first minute. In a game where you want to say to your entire back 4, “don’t fuck about” we sadly have a back 4 who do.
