Is Ally bigger than our team?...we are in the 3rd division and have a decent enough squad to compete against the 3rd,2nd at least!! Yet the performance of our manager ans the team is blatantly shocking!! Bang on as much as you want on 'Pre-season' the truth is this team should be playing up to standards now!!!....I woulds love Ally to be a great manager but the truth is right infront of our eyes every game!!...I cant believe Ally is still in managerial position after all we have gone through..and i cant believe our team performance has not improved since the start of the season!!...that being said im glad Ally stuck by the team like we have through the worst period but surely even he can see he would do a better job on the board.

Have to agree here, ally isnt up to the job plain to see, no shame in admitting jou cant do the job ally, the shame is to stay and week in week out have poor performances, performance counts as well as points, the fans need somthing positive in return, your head will still be high for the job you have done ally no one can take that away.but for the sake of the team and fans, a position on the board for us woyld be best, time for sentimental fans to realise the same. If we continually perform like this eventually there will be no club left....

So proud of Rangers tonight, the youngsters are amazing! The veterens were amazing! The newcomers were amazing! The manager..amazing! And of course the fans!! Bloody Brilliant!! Tonight Rangers played as a team!!! the fans also played as part of the team!!! I hope this is a turning point for the Rangers who have to believe after tonight they can BEAT anyone playing together!....well done everyone!!! Blue Magic!!
