I remember Barasic had a few low crosses along the box and Tav skied one cross out for a goal kick. Apart from those moment it did seem to be that we weren't using them as much as usual to cross balls into the box.

I think Beale would be a good choice. He is already familiar with the squad, they already respect him, the continuity would be crucial at a time when we need stability and he is the brains behind the style of play. It is down to whether he can step up to be the main face but he already has aspirations to become a manager.

I actually quite like the idea of GVB but he is obviously familiar to us due to him being an ex player. I would hope Wilson will have a list of cunts who share a similar outlook to our current system who can come in and move things forward. He fucking better anyway, as this is his job.
I still feel that if we offered Beale the gig, he would jump at it, but might be wrong. If so I think it would be the more logical step. i think he is the brains behind Gerrard, and the whole squad already know and respect him.
