  1. Honest question though , do you not think it would be beneficial for Rangers to have some sort of support down there on the 30th for what is shaping up to be a huge game ? What if come the game in the split there is only 2 or 3 points separating us and it’s a proper title decider? Do you think the noise and sight from the away support gave the players a wee bit of a extra motivation, encouragement etc last week in Betis ?
  2. Durrant must love it that wee bit extra watching us break they sheepshagging cunts hearts
  3. I think that sense of entitlement with them has always been there . They feel they have a devine right to win trophies and games of football and anytime they do not the only explanation can be shadowy forces conspiring against them to prevent it It’s quite frightening though that the sense of victimhood and conspiracy theories seems to have only gotten stronger in last decade . A period which has saw them enjoy major success while we were stuck down to division 3 . Yet their belief that Scottish football is run to our benefit has only grown amongst them they are fucking mental
  4. I honestly think a win for us on the 30th will see a level of timplosion in the stands at parkhead not quite seen since a certain day in May 1999
  5. Aberdeen trophies - 17 Rangers -117 We wouldn’t even need to bother our arse with a conspiracy against these nobodies
  6. Possibly Bremen , think they finished 2nd in bundesliga that season that away leg against them was maybe the most successful back to the wall Rangers performance away in Europe of all time
  7. aye was it not 5-1 they beat them Would also say Frankfurt had an impressive run like our own to Seville knocking out Betis , Barca and West Ham
  8. Think in both finals we have ended up playing a team of similar standing if that makes sense although would say that Zenit side were probably a level above of us with some of the players they had in their starting 11 that night . Makes it a bit more nervy as it’s two teams of similar standard trying to figure each other out . I think in both runs and particularly Seville we might have been more suited to play a big name in the final and just went for it and maintained that underdog punching above our weight attitude that got us there
  9. That’s it for me , no point getting worked up about the 30th until every other game is taken care of in between with a cup hopefully sitting in the trophy cabinet too winning those other 4 league games means we are still well in contention going into the break regardless of how the 30th pans out
  10. Said it in the thread about the tramps in general sport watched their game yesterday and this wasn’t the usual watching a team get a lucky break against Celtic and then nervously watching them cling on for dear life to hopefully hold out for a point or 3 Kilmarnock bullied , outplayed and controlled that Celtic team for the whole second half. We have our issues but that is a poor Celtic team and we have to have some belief they are there for the taking this season
  11. If we do get anything positive from this and end up through in the Europa I think the sqaud and the support will bounce right into Sunday’s game
  12. During the actual game on Sky you wouldn’t have thought there was an actual penalty shout they replayed it a few times and Sutton just kept laughing that the Celtic defender had fallen over and probably didn’t even mean to clear it or known how he had done it wasn’t till Boyd mentioned it at half time that you would have known from Sky coverage it was a genuine penalty shout
  13. Watched their game in the pub today as had a quiet sneaky feeling kilmarnock would at least give them a game at rugby park Have tuned into Celtic games before when we are or have been involved in title races with them and occasionally joyfully watched them drop points at big moments but usually they find a way to win , however genuinely can’t remember many times like today where Celtic were genuinely outplayed and outfought while doing so and even felt quit comfortable Kilmarnock had the game in control usually it always ends up the opposition get a break and score and are sitting in and trying to survive a Celtic onslaught. Today Kilmarnock bullied Celtic and showed just how pish they are . We need to take advantage of that as they are there for the taking this season
  14. Win every other game and it isn’t really a long way back even if the worst happens on the 30th . The 30th will take care of itself . Big priority first is winning every game until then stay in touching distance and the run after the break to the split is in our favour with them losing a lot of key players for the Asia cup in jan /February
  15. I am one for every game we should go out and go for what’s available . On the other hand I do have worries about the squad though and our list of injuries. For example , from the options we have available I think it’s vital Roofe is fit enough to start and lead the line on Sunday at Hampden , and think that is the plan of his couple of appearances of late . so given his history how long and how much do we risk of him on Thursday ?
  16. Roofe with a stookie on each leg is probably still a more promising option than Dessers
  17. 3 points , no injuries and then on to a massive week (couple of goals would be nice)
  18. Aye but a bit out of order blaming guys taking their weans to meet or get a signature off who they want to at the end of the game for position we find ourselves in The Weans can’t help what generation of player they are born into . After everything the last decade fair play to any parent who has kept their wean loving the Rangers. If that takes a signature from Cantwell or Tav to keep that intrigue going then who am I to judge regardless of my personal opinion on them or their performances as players
  19. Weans like footballers mate , it’s not that big an issue
