I have some Rangers news and could add some programmes but I would need someone to uplift because I don't drive.

Early ones 71/72 are good sellers 4 to look out for is the one with Barcelona here we come., the 2 colour specials can sell for up to £20 each, there is also one from August 1975 which is the most valuable because inside is the official programme for Rangers v Hertha Berlin it is worth £30-£50 in decent condition.

Rangers news are not that popular for collecting these days but if you look for certain ones they can be worth a fair bit. I'll let you know about the more valuable ones once i've researched it.

I had positive dealings with him selling programmes to him but he ended up ripping me off for £285, I got it back though. Little dick he is.

That was Steven Jacobs of Glasgow programmes, he still has a pitch at Ibrox, he stopped going to the midden because he was getting a lot of hassle, possibly because he's a four by two.

This is an ideal opporchancity to notify you that there will be a programme and memorabilia fair in Glasgow the day after the Scottish Cup Final, The organiser is Douglas Stevenson of D-D programmes who is a bear, I will have a stall, Dougie told me two other bears Robert Marshall and Tam Smith (The badge man at Copland end on match days) will ensure there is a lot of Rangers interest, the Rangers collectors club will also have a stall. I'll give more details in due course.

These were used to promote kits in the Rangers shops, a cleaning lady at Ibrox liberated it from the bin and got it signed, I bought it from her from gumtree a few years ago when she was moving home. The club crest was from the same source, the legends one is by Rochelle. The top right is 50's/60's Ibrox and trophy room, there are not so many about,

So what, there was a potato famine, they didn't need to come here, they were fucking surrounded by fish.....not the same without chips but you can live on it.

I didn't rate him as a manager but did the best he could under impossible circumstances, my only criticism is that he should have quit a bit sooner. The man is a Legend.

Is that Frank Spencer on the right?

There is another fair for the third year running, same venue in October or November, I will be selling Rangers only 1947 onwards, it will be on an International weekend so it won't clash with a Rangers match.
-
I fell for that before, it's a three legged shot.

If you read the thread some joker was arguing that it was easy peasy for fans to travel all over the country for youth games, he suggested I go and get a train to Stirling (I have to pass Ibrox to get the train) I was sarcastically saying that I live near Ibrox but can nip down to Forthbank on my bike.
-
My final say on the matter, it may help if we played our home games at home.
