  1. Desperately trying to be controversial. On this forum alone the hatred towards Barca is staggering, the constant talk of Alves & Busquets diving???? I admit (just as I have about Naisy) that there are times when these 2 players go to ground easily but in the last 2 seasons el classico's Real Madrid have been embarrassing, Pepe (the so called hardman), DiMaria et al. & what about Messi getting kicked up & down the place? Plus the guy above who said Ronaldo is better than Messi? Puh-lease all I can say is show us your medals!

  3. Cock socket of the highest order, I have hated him even from his Porto days.
  4. Spot on, I played a game at school like this, the ref allowed the other team to play with 12 guys to try & level it up. We won convincingly but I think the ref didnt want the game wasted by sending Carvalho off even although he done enough to get sent off in about 3 games. btw I also think Mascherano exaggerates all his tackles but they are still fouls.
  5. St Pauli forced to play Werder Bremen behind closed doors after beer throwing incident http://www.goal.com/en/news/15/germany/2011/04/07/2430621/st-pauli-forced-to-play-werder-bremen-behind-closed-doors St Pauli forced to play Werder Bremen behind closed doors after beer throwing incident German FA apply to have St Pauli play behind closed doors for next home match against Werder Bremen... St Pauli could be forced to play a game behind closed doors following last week's beer throwing incident against Schalke. The game was abandoned in the final monets last Friday when an assistant referee was hit by a beer cup thrown from the stands at the Millerntor-Stadion. The DFB (German FA) subsequently awarded Schalke a 2-0 win, but their sporting court confirmed on Thursday the Hamburg-based club could play a game without spectators. St Pauli oppose a spectator ban, saying a fine is adequate. But, the DFB sports court is to rule on the matter on Friday. Thus St Pauli may play their next home game on April 23 against Werder Bremen behind closed doors. They are away for their next two games at Bayer Leverkusen and then Wolfsburg before the Bremen clash and are currently in the relegation zone.

  8. I was led to believe that Dick Advocaat suggested calling it Murray park. I call it Murray park. If I fall out with my dad I don't change my name.
  9. I think Ronaldo & Messi are each phenomenal players but totally different. One big difference I notice is that sometimes Ronaldo is not interested. Also Messi got kicked up & down the place last night, 2 real players looked like they were trying to break his legs. Absolutely shocking
  10. Here's some addresses that should be made aware of their sick banner. http://www.poppy.org.uk/contact-us http://www.poppyscotland.org.uk/index.php/contactform/show/contact_us/get_in_touch http://www.britishlegion.org.uk/about-us/contact-us

Back in 2006 European football's governing body banned Ibrox fans from singing their infamous Billy Boys song which contains a sick boast about being "up to our knees in Fenian blood." For those not familiar with the word Fenian, in its truest sense it means a member of an Irish political association. But in Glasgow street parlance it is used to describe Irish Catholics or some times Catholics of any nationality. UEFA ruled ruled that the song was discriminatory and Rangers were fined and placed on probation after it was sung at a European tie in Spain. Rangers were back in Spain last week for their Champions League clash in Valencia and once again they decided to belt out the hate-filled Billy Boys in blatant defiance of UEFA. This comes only a few weeks after the UEFA president Michel Platini was at Celtic Park for the Old Firm derby and he heard with his own ears Billy Boys being sung along with The Famine Song - which the Scottish courts have ruled is a race hate song. UEFA insist they have a "zero tolerance" policy on racism and sectarianism and it can only be a matter of time before they take further action to silence this evil minority who seem determined to tarnish Rangers reputation.
