Got the email yesterday, only missed one game at hampden since we got demoted, and that was the semi last year.
Were you not on CCCS last year then?

Don't really see the need to get rid of it.
If anything it shows our support is more than willing to accept a supporter from the republic of ireland
He comes on and makes his first post and then disappears. He states he's from ireland but gives his location as England, he attends as many games as possible and then contradicts himself in his one and only post by saying he hopes to attend his first game soon.
Aye mate I'm sure he's a genuine Rangers supporter from the republic of ireland

It hasn't happened yet, and I'm very aware that I'm one of the lucky ones.
As I just said above, there will ALWAYS be folk on the CCCS who will miss out because there are just too many. I would like to think that after my run of luck that I'm level headed enough to take it quite well.
if I found out that folk who DIDN'T attend as many games as me got one, that would be a different story.
I'm raging because it looks like I've missed out on both semis now. What makes it worse is I know some people will get tickets that only go to these games

Since we were put into the third division, I've been on the CCCS and have paid for (and attended) every single home cup game. As such I've never missed out on any of the semi final or final tickets over the past few years. Maybe I'm just one of the lucky ones, but I think the CCCS is a completely fair way to decide who has priority.
It has one massive massive flaw however. The deadline to sign up being in October makes fuck all sense. The deadline should be before the first cup game of the season (in case it's at home).
The sheer level of demand means that anyone who signs up after that first cup game has pretty much fuck all chance anyway.
I would be interested in hearing your reaction if you miss out on a final ticket.

Why is this thread still here? The taig came on, started this thread and hasn't logged in since. Get him and the thread to fuck! Please

I just logged onto the official website to check my order history. "Page not found" Maybe they're updating it with a ticket for me. Fuck this CCCS crap, looks like I've missed out again!

Have you been to every cup game including the league cup? It's weird that neither me or you got tickets for both of these ?
Add me to that list

It says on the tickets we will be allocated a parking space at the stadium so I was thinking that might be safe enough
Safe enough during the game. But you will have the only car parked in a wide open car park during the night. The chances of your car being left alone are virtually nill. Like others have said better parked in a residential area

Yeah that is a case mate, but I generally find that the vast majority of people who deserve to be at the semis and finals, always get a ticket.
I didn't get one, but I don't have any mates Will you be my mate? ...............................Please

I'm pretty much certain that people who go to the majority of games and travel everywhere to watch us, would have a network of people/friends that would sort them out.
Maybe, but you also get the ones that don't go to any games and still have a network of friends that seem to get them tickets for these games.

Same people greeting now we've got the taigs in the semi.
Tick the box at the start of the season and don't be a fair weather supporter, its simple.
Even if you did tick the box that doesn't guarantee a ticket. I ticked the box and didn't get one for the last semi-final. Hopefully I'll be successful this time.

For those that have missed this, @Lothianbear and I along with approx another 50 bears including bomber Brown completed this challenge today. I would just like to take the opportunity to once again thank everyone for the donations received. Every penny is very much appreciated and at the last count over £7000 has been raised for Rangers charity foundation from this event.
We had a fantastic day, weather was brilliant and the support from the volunteers fantastic. I'm genuinely humbled by the generosity and contribution that members of this forum make to the several good causes posted on here. Thanks all.
Edit: Just to add the Relive route to the first post Relive it here

Hope you get on well @blueretro & @Lothianbear
Well done on your Fund-raising efforts. Come and visit us on the Wee Joshua pages when you get back from Arran.
Thanks @Zetland, @Lothianbear is already over there. I couldn't risk going early I'd be pished by now. I'm just getting sorted and I'll be leaving about 5:30 a.m to get the 7:00 a.m ferry.
Still time to donate if anyone is feeling flush. Every little helps.

And still no cunt knows if an incident actually happened
Well I posted way back in this thread that I saw someone getting put in a cop van after the game. Don't know if it was related to the incident with the UB or not.
Like i said earlier, they had him behind the blue gates at the Broomloan until the van turned up. Two cops had him in cuffs and another walking along side.

Would have taken part but away to Fleetwood for the ricksen game same day. Good luck to those involved
One or two others said the same. I think both events are this weekend because of the international break.
