One small issue with the like for like replacement scenario. 
You are trading a center back who consistently manages around 60 games a season... for another who has only managed to play over 30 league games in a season once in his career. 

There would be a decent chance of slipping into pot 3 by the looks of it. 
 

With the likelihood of Aribo, Morelos, Kamara, Barasic and now possibly Bassey attracting interest - in addition to Davis, Goldson and McGregor leaving... there could be a massive rebuild required here. Hopefully those involved in getting transfers over the line, do so quickly.
