As for CH, he may have a "history" so to speak, but it doesn't mean you're barred for life from leading a normal life.
You refer to the Companies Act in regard to CH, directly after saying he has/had his own company, which confirms his status.

There are some egos like in most organisations but without SD there are many clubs that would have gone out of business completely, particularly at lower league level. 
Why do you think fans shouldn't have an influence on football clubs that they pour millions into? Fan owned clubs tend to happen because the idiots running them previously have made an arse of it or (as with AFC Wimbledon) the clubs have been taken away from the fans.
The EPL do fund SD through the Premier League Fans Fund and they also receive funding from UEFA. SD weren't there to 'vet' candidates just to run the elections for C1872. Maybe you should do a little more research before you post about things you know very little about.

RF was set up with the best of intentions (or so we were lead to believe).  The "selling" point was that it would be completely independent of the board (RIFC), hold the board to account and buy shares to obtain a 25%+1 share holding to veto any hint of selling any major asset (particulary Ibrox).
We were lied to by various people that it would not/counld not ever merge with the RST.
We were lied to that it would have no COI.
Fans leaders lied to the fans, plain and simple.
Oh, and a bunch of toxic arseholes got their hands on it as well AFTER the major lies.

Yeah but the way you pose your question continues to perpetuate a situation that pretty certainly isn't there. In a conspiracy theorist sort of way.

1. What vote or resolution?
2. There is no vote or resolution at the meeting.
You accept the point but raise whether it would be vote rigging in a fashion which is fairly typical and leads the debate down a garden path. Deliberately or otherwise.

Cause there won't be a bloody vote at it. Every member has an entitlement to vote. Your just looking at things to  be wrong. If any voting is required then all members will be emailed and you will go online and vote

I sent a fairly specific email raising a wide ranger of points this morning so will see what comes from that. 

He took a valid stand once upon a time.
That led to profile, publicity, opportunity, self gain and financial reward.
He is useful to the current board and has inside knowledge and backing which allows him to manipulate situations and roles in his favour.  He gains financially via sales of merchandise, book sales, the academy etc whilst RFFF and c1872 monies are being shifted under control of other placemen like CH.
He is a parasite, a dangerous one who will continue to suck from us until he becomes of no use to King and is discarded.
Rangers is far from his priority compared to what he can get out it for himself.

Aye theres that and the 4 remaining board members rubbing each others weiners all day.

It should be noted from what I've read that D'Art, Laura & Joanne have resigned due to the actions of 1 fellow director and not due to the actual organisation or aims itself.
Many here know I am a fervent advocate of c1872 & it's goals but last night's peturbing news has given me cause for concern it the effectiveness of a group that stood on transparency & cannot itself be transparent on this issue.
I attended the hustings during the board election, I listened to all who stood, I listened to CH who actually agreed with many the Blair shouldn't be on the board because of a COI, I find it incredible that he now thinks the current situation, created entirely by himself, is not cause for him to remove himself from the board, even temporarily until the SLO position has been finalised.
I never voted for CH, I never fully trusted his motivations but put aside my feelings and gave all those elected my full backing, now I have already stated on other social media, if CH doesn't come forward & remove himself from the board of c1872 within the next 7days, I will, with much regret, cancel my direct debit to c1872 & withdraw from the group.
The loss of D'Art, Laura & Joanne lessens c1872, I know that both Laura & Joanne are the ones who carried out most of the day to day duties & will be sorely missed by the group and the bigger question now becomes who will step into the breech.

But you have to able to look at yourself in the mirror in the morning.
Needs to have a serious word with himself, or he could end up like that Rat McMurdo.
 

So back on topic though someone has tried to deflect again.
Craig Houston will not give up anything, will not be shamed into standing down and although I would say does not have the intelligence to have planned this long term, he has the rat cunning to take advantage of an opportunity.
Sadly he will only be gone when this board is.

I'm a lifetime member, I've contacted Club 1872 to request either Houston to be sacked (or to step down) or an EGM is called.
Whatever happens to C1872, he won't be involved in future. He's hopefully slowly realising this morning he's gone and fucked it right up now. He might have to find a real job
