    The reason he got up so quickly was the ref told him to go off the pitch to get treated as he was so close to the line, as soon as he said that up he got, as it wouldn't hold the game up as he wasn't on the pitch!

    Those figures show the 3 qualifiers at £15 each not the extra price for the last 2 so that add's around £380,000 to the amount, and the money for getting to the group stages should be in euro's which makes it less in sterling!
