He's got 6 goals in his last 9 games, of which only 5 were starts.
    It's very possible he will.

If this was celtic, they would be pushing for, and would probably get the 0-3 awarded to them and the 3 points

Shite hole of a city full of junkies and Tarriers, two shite tin pot football clubs followed by a shite wanky support, shite weather, birth place of cretinous tarrier pricks like George the cat Galloway. Should be raised to the ground.

An absolute travesty that we've handed and continue to hand upwards of £60 million to a team that turns up and does absolutely fuck all but get embarrassed in Europe and pocket the change. May as well call that £90 million as we've pretty much chucked it at them this season as well.

I said earlier he needs to start scoring again, as shite as he is he’s all we’ve got, we’ve a treble to win, we need our number 9 contributing. We need to get behind him.

Strongest team out today, strongest team out thursday against Benfica, strongest team out against Dundee next sunday - then we get a rest. Go hard in these 3 games, pick up 3 wins and we're in a fantastic place going into the international break with hopefully 2 or 3 players back for the run-in.

Agreed, he should have done more to control and retain the ball in the few times it came to him, but I think you can't dismiss the work rate as utter bollocks.  I know some will argue that the constant pressing was without end result as we rarely made anything impactful from it, but I think something has to be said about how tiring that is, constantly tracking and chasing down lost balls.
By the few times he finally gets a chance to get near the ball, he's absolutely shattered.  Poor performance but I'm willing to give him a break as a result of the aforementioned.

    Quite good that actually.
We usually only see from the point of what matters to us, never think bout the struggles players might have faced to even score that one goal.
Go on Dujon "I'll fuckin do it" Sterling 😂💙

I often get asked if I enjoy my work as a Football Agent.

Of course, there are times when it’s incredibly mentally and physically challenging. Much like a player, but in a hugely different context.

But there are times when it’s the best, and I mean the best job in the world. Just like last night:

Benfica v Rangers in Lisbon, last 16 of the Europa League 1st leg - which ended, against the odds, 2-2 with Benfica coming from behind twice (with two gifted goals from Rangers).

Dujon Sterling, who as many know, I have looked after for 9 years since 15 years old, scored his first senior goal in 137 attempts (I’ve probably watched most of those games!) What a goal, what a new memory. An many also know, in 2020, Dujon’s career was so nearly ended by a sudden illness, that kept him out the game for 10 months.

What struck me as it went in, standing on my own amongst 3,500 delirious Rangers fans, was what it meant to so many others.

To Dujon: it was his reward for the battle he won in 2020 and never giving in.

To his Mum: a moment that emotionally rewarded her for the countless hours since he joined Chelsea at 6 years old for her love and support every step (or run) he made.

To the coaches and staff of various clubs/ England (to many to name): a wonderful sense of joy for Dujon knowing his journey and the part they played at some point. My phone went crazy as he scored.

To everyone at Rangers (staff/teammates): it’s a team effort from start to finish and a measure of the hard work put in by all.

To those partners behind the scenes (the boot companies, the lawyers, accountants, concierge, insurance, mortgage advisors, barbers, car salesman (endless list!) who know Dujon.

To the media/ journalists: you know who you are and who have never doubted his ability and spoken about it.

To the fans past and present: an unreal bond through thick and thin. Rangers love him coz he gives 100%. He is an elite talent. The fan next to me last night was drunk with a thick Glaswegian accent. Couldn’t understand a single word for 90 mins but when Dujon scored he jumped on me, hit me in the stomach and kissed me 😂 another very special moment.

To Dujon’s close knit friends, in and out of the game: you never doubted.

To my wife, family, friends: thank you for understanding and being there. Countless messages as the goal went in.

To my other clients/ their families/ colleagues: again loads of messages/calls sharing the happiness of the goal.

Football is the biggest sport in the world. It forms part of the wheel of life for so many, for most of their lives. It’s a tough workplace for all involved.

But moments like last night, make it so, so satisfying….and enjoyable 😉

Have a good day everyone. And never stop believing ⚽️ 💙

P.S. in the 2nd leg next week Benfica will experience Ibrox at its firey best. Can’t wait. ✔️

We’ve only been to the last 8 in Europe something like 13 times in our history. Just under half of those have resulted in us making finals
Plus we’re fucking magic on a Thursday night, if anyone is turning their nose up at this you need your head checked

RIP My Dad, John Hamilton 1944-2024
Tomorrow, I will have to do the worst thing any child has to do: bury a parent. In this case, My Dad.. He passed away peacefully on the 17th February, just days after seeing in his 80th Birthday.
My family is heartbroken, I am heartbroken. My Dad is dead. The man who help raise me, the man who was the strong man I looked up to a child, the man who took me to my first football match and was my companion at games for the nest 40 years.
He was a fan since 1950. Grew up with Young, Shaw, Hubbard(who became a close friend which blew him away lol), Simpson and then THAT team of Baxter, Caldow, Shearer, McMillan (RIP), Brand, Miller, McKinnon, Wilson. To the modern greats. He saw them all. And loved Rangers as nuch at 80 as he did aged 6 back in 1950.
Together we saw some of the great days and nights of said last 40 years. From the Souness era and 9IAR to the run to the final in Seville. Which by then he was getting too old to attend a final abroad. He would have loved the irony of us going top that weekend he died. In his memory, I will be there on Thursday night and for the rest of the season, BUT it will not be the same and probably will not be for a long time.....
RIP to a bluenose, a father and simply DAD.

Even wee McCann was getting it from a couple on here yesterday, who for me is one of the fairest of our ex players but also calls it as he sees it without being a wind up.

Where is the outcry from our ex players over the Motherwell tackle? instead they’d rather debate on the side of the tarriers over a stonewall sending off to seem impartial.

That’s the thing for me. It like this…
Rangers player heavy challenge - automatic red card, you can appeal after the match potentially costing us points…
    or
opposition player heavy challenge - yellow or he can be banned retrospectively after the match when it may have already cost Rangers points (like yesterday).

Never even showed the challenge in the sportscene highlights, which is mental considering it ended in a player being injured and should be a talking point.

The media up here is definitely setting the narrative. Highlights on the SPFL and Sportscene never showed the handball by Mayo and Findlay. Sportscene tonight has that baldy ugly cunt McFadden saying “it wasn’t a penalty because you can’t see all the angles” and “Casey should’ve had a yellow card. Scummy cunts!
