    i am 81 yrs young but that team of ritchie shearer caldow grieg mckinnon baxter henderson mcmillan millar brand and wilson  were great to watch the game that sticks in my mind dont know the year was falkirk away think it was 7 nil  wilson scored 6   but baxter was awesome that day

    i have always been of the opinion thats guys like lammers danilo dessers etc  if they were any good a decent european team would pick them up before us sometimes you can get lucky with a younger european guy ie morelos but not with players that age  also should we be surprised by cantwell and dowell they could not get a game for norwich city who are a struggling championship side

    sorry but i dont see that and i said it weeks ago  we have bought dowell lammers cantwell sima all same types of players nicey nicey tippy tappy stuff and 2 strikers who both look rubbish to me and the least said about mattonado the better

    I do believe these players have a system and a good manager would and could improve them by playing to there strengths. Beale has one way of playing and if you cant fit in you can fuckoff.     i disagree apart from butland i think all our signings are shit we have 2 strikers who struggle to score players like dowell lammers etc nice wee tippy tappy stuff  no width  cannot believe we went back to mattando  who would struggle in a decent junior team his decision making is awful  

     

    i am not sticking up for beale but i doubt any manager would make these players better

    I suppose us coming second on GD and qualifying for Europe is the lesser of two evils but I had to really think about that. Quite honestly we lost it with the late goal we allowed them to score a few games ago.

    and the crazy late pen we gave away against hearts a couple of weeks ago  hearts were hrdly over the halfway line in the 2nd half then we give away a late goal when it should have been about 5 nil

    thats part of the problem beale seems to like what i would call nice players tillman and cantwell are good when they have plenty of time on the ball that does not happen much in scotland especially  at todays venue  this is their cup final and it showed the way they flew into tackles  we need players that can match thati
